Ming River is produced in the Szechuan region from red sorghum millet and fresh spring water. Its aromas range from melon, papaya, apples and guava to pineapple, anise and pink pepper. Mondino Amaro gives you a bitter liqueur with notes of bitter orange, hibiscus and rhubarb. The absolute classic here, Aperol, with its complex profile of rhubarb, cinchona bark and gentian harmoniously rounds off the overall profile.
