How do I return products if not satisfied?
Please return unused products ordered from Urban Drinks within 14 days of receipt. Your payment will be refunded.

What happens if my products are damaged when they arrive?
In the rare case that your parcel is visibly wet or damaged, or shows signs of having been tampered with, you should either sign for it as ‘Arrived Damaged’ or refuse to sign for it and have it returned to us. You should contact us immediately if this happens. If you sign for your parcel and subsequently find that something inside is damaged, please take photos of the damaged box and contents before disposing of them and email them to us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement for you.

Do you have a next day service?
Orders from Germany: If the product is in stock and you place your order before 12 a.m. on weekdays, make your payment by credit card and choose "UPS Express"  we can arrange this for you. In the case that this is not be possible, we will refund the extra costs or you can cancel your order. If you place your order from outside of Germany, please contact us by phone and we will try to arrange it for you.

Why is the delivery time one week or more for some products?
Urban Drinks specializes in selling exquisite products which often come from foreign countries. Therefore, in some cases, it will take a few days until we have it in stock. Some hard-to-find products are requested by us from overseas at the time of your order. A certain transfer time is needed and the products have to go through customs.

Do you sell other spirits not listed on your website?
Although we primarily sell products offered on our website, don't hesitate to ask us if you are looking for a specific product. Thanks to our network, we are able to track down products not included on the site.

I'm an underage person, can I order from Urban Drinks?
No, definitely not! We only sell to persons at least 18 years of age. Selling alcohol to minors is prohibited by law. You need to enter your date of birth when you order. By doing so, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to examine the correctness of these details with the help of external databases or the postal service. We also implore our logistics partners to only deliver our products to persons of full age.
