Placed an order on 10th of December. Three days later, received no shipping confirmation. Turned out one of the products I ordered was actually out of stock and they can't give me an ETA but they offered to ship the available products to me that very day, and ship the other one when it arrives. To their credit, they replied almost instantly. After 5 days, something apparently still went wrong, but I was contacted and the issue was escalated quickly.
I suspected what went wrong with my order is just a fluke based on the many positive reviews here, it can happen. Very satisfied with the eventual handling of my issue/complaint. And it's nice that you get to communicate with a person, not a chatbot, for support.
So Would give 4,5 stars in the end, but I'll round it up to 5.

Reading some of the reviews I was a bit hesitant to place an order but my experience was really good.
The support team answered my question very quickly and confirmed that no additional customs charges would apply (I was landed with a rather large and unexpected charge a few years ago dealing with another company!).
I ordered on Friday and delivery was the following Tuesday.

The advertised express shipping for orders weekdays by 3 p.m. with delivery on the following weekday does not work at all. Ordered on April 20th using the 11,90€ UPS Express option (all products were labeled as available), but sadly they did not dispatch the package before April 29th. Products are okay, but do not fall for their “express” service - it's simply 11,90€ for nothing.

Thisi product is exceptional, have never tasted such a round, full bodied gin shooter before. I can see why its a premium product as the Subtle cherry blossum flavours blends perfectly with the botanical. A true pleasure to drink, which i might confess, i drank over ice. Can only but highly recommend.

Browsing through the offerings is entertaining (who couldn't love a beer called "fracking" hell?) but the classics are also there for the serious spirits fan. Delivery prompt, processing uncomplicated. They have earned a bookmark and my repeat custom.

Urban Drinks is a great service, and thanks to the English website I was able to order Christmas gifts for my Australian daughter and her German husband who are living in Berlin. Great to see some Australian gin available which helped my daughter feel closer to home. Prompt delivery in time for Christmas. Thank you

I am always surprised at how quickly they get the shipments out to me, often arriving before the expected delivery date. And the product line-up is awesome. I do wish they had more craft beers but understand that these are essentially perishable and are probably difficult to store and process.

My brother in law who lives in Germany has been asking me to bring him a bottle of tequila when I come to visit from CA. Unfortunately, with the pandemic and the travel ban my plan to visit has been put on hold. With my brother in laws birthday coming up, I decided to find another way of surprising him with a bottle of tequila. That's how I came across Urban Drinks. Im very happy with their service. The transaction was smooth, the customer service was great and the shipping was super fast.
I will definitely use their services again.

A big variety of different brands. Really fast and professional customer support. Have answered all my questions. For my order I have choose self pickup from the warehouse in Berlin, so I have made an order in the morning and in the evening have already a bottle with me. Really useful for those who live in Berlin
