Inspired by wild-growing juniper and mountain spring water
The distillers at Malfy, Carlo Vergnano and Beppe Ronco, are passionate mountaineers. On a tour to the summit of Monte Visos they were inspired by the wild-growing juniper plants and the clear spring water. In their gin, they captured this inspiration with juniper, coriander and five other botanicals. Combined with fresh water from the Monte Viso spring, the highest spring in Italy, a gin is created that will take you to the mountains of Mancalieris in an aromatic way.
But not only the flavours in Malfy Gin were inspired by the unique mountain landscape. With the blue bottle bottom, the colours of the mountain lakes were picked up. The colours of the label reflect the snow-capped peaks of Monte Viso.
