My order was shipped and then returned…

My order was shipped and then returned to the sender before leaving China. The tracking clearly shows that I will never receive it and they claim I have to wait 85 day before asking for a refund. Very poor user experience.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the carrier, and the package with your order was returned to our warehouse. Normally, parcels are resent within the next 15 days and arrive within our maximum delivery time.

To prevent your order from being cancelled too soon, we've set the non-delivery warranty start date to June 4, 2024.

If you haven't yet received your order, please request a refund. You can mark your order as undelivered on the website, or contact our Support Team directly at support@joom.com.

longest delivery in the history of e-commerce

I paid for 2 items from Joom 10 days ago, and Joom has since then sent me a total of 20 emails, 6 of which informing me about my order, that it is being consolidated and still sitting in Schenzhen.

I wish I read the small print while ordering that said I’d get my money back if my order is not received in 85 days. At this rate, it might take 85 days and in the meantime spammed with countless Joom crm campaign emails reminding me how terrible of an experience this is.

Sorry to hear that you haven't received your orders yet. International delivery can sometimes take longer than expected, as packages occasionally get delayed due to customs procedures and the local postal services' workload. Please allow 10–14 more days for your parcel to be delivered.

If the parcel hasn't arrived by the time the warranty starts, you'll be entitled to a refund.

I like it

I like it. Similar to aliexpress. Trust it more than Temu. Ordering stuff often, comes a little layer than would like but products are good. Good deal when buying more items.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, contacted joom support multiple times regarding my item that came absolutely battered and had a bulging lithium battery, all emails were ignored until I raised a dispute with Paypal which got closed in jooms favour because they lied. !! EDIT,

Joom has replied to this telling me a load of nonsense I sent loads of photos and got no reply.

The stuff they sell is fine

The stuff they sell is fine, not the best quality but still for the price is fine.
In case of any problem, support reply shortly after contacted. I had a problem with essential oil, it was spilled on the way, and it actually did not smell much like rose I ordered. Seemed poor quality too. They offered discount on spilled oil but not full refund and to return it back as I requested.

I received the gadget 4th of May

I received the gadget 4th of May, it stopped working 28th of May. Joom customer service said that their warranty has now been lapsed and I need to call the supplier ( in China) Glad that I purchased it through paypal and I've complained through them. If they dont have 30day warranty on electronics then that is a dodgy company. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Warranty of electrical goods in the UK is 180 days (6 months) if a company cannot warranty their product same here, they should not be selling in UK. Paypal wont do anything as it is on their 30 day warranty, so if you want an item that only works for 30 days, then Joom is good for you but if you value your money then AVOID THEM. Will now go to Frauds UK to ban this site

Never again

We made an order that was never arrived. The time that we waited was 2 months I try to contact the support by the same message that if you did not receive the parcel you will be refunded. Anyhow we ordered the same device from Galaxus yesterday and today it has arrived the price difference 25 CHF. We will not order anything from Joom . Not recommended

Looks like there had been an issue on the shipping company's end, and your order was returned to the seller. We are sincerely sorry it happened to your parcel. Unfortunately, we couldn't redirect it, so we've refunded the full amount paid for it. The money should be back in your account by May 24, 2024, at the latest, though most likely it's already there.

I love joom so much it's just soo special especially for teenager they have perfect stuff for y2k and crop tops and nikes and best part is it's soooo cheap I recommend it for everyone.

Fairly happy with first purchase

So I ordered a snapback cap which turned up wasn't a snapback cap got a different fastening on the back but overall still happy with it. I also ordered two tshirts both sporting a belgian malinois pic and writing being a belgian malinois owner. Very happy with one of them, the second which is a white cotton t-shirt was supposed to be a little smaller than the other t-shirt ordered in medium
The white one was supposed to be a small it's the same size as my medium one which I can live with it does also have a small orange stain on the bottom of it which can be tucked in and hidden not the worst but if I pay for something brand new I don't expect stains on it hence the 4 stars.
My order arrived a day earlier than in the expected window so that was good.
I will most likely purchase again bit will only stick to items like clothing or dogs toys no electrical or phones etc out of the worry going by a lot of the bad reviews on electrical items never working.
The items were half the price including the delivery than what I looked at in the UK so can't winge too much.
Ordered 16th delivered 28th of march.

They ship each product separately.

Hi! I order three products from joom.com. They ship each product separately. In my case, it is very inconvenient, because the nearest post office is 23 km away.

You are right. Sellers are usually located in different places, so even if you pay for a number of products at the same time, they're still going to be shipped separately. However, if you purchased various goods from the same seller or within a short period of time, they might be shipped in one parcel. The more products you buy at the same time, the greater the chance that they're consolidated (but it's actually hard to predict this before they are shipped).

We do understand that the unpredictability of the consolidation process may cause a certain inconvenience and kindly ask you to bear with us here. We always work on our logistics to make it more efficient and hope to come up with some better solutions with time.
