Zanea clothes perfect! Didn’t take too long to arrive. Ordered four items, although wrapped separately came in one overall package. One item didn’t fit, but customer service soon sorted it. Refund expected . Good value for money.

Poor quality photos that don't match goods sizing problems and a returns system created to make you give up and live with their dodgy dealings.
Please inform me how your reply and processes comply with basic consumer protection law. I am three days in and you still will not comply with the law.

If the items do match their photos and the size chart, we can't process a refund. However, you can still return the items within 14 days of receipt (by June 29, 2024). Buying the item itself and the delivery time was fine but when it came down to returning the item I had an awful and painfully slow experience! When making the return there’s no return portal or free label/QR code you can save, you have to email customer services along with lots of different photos of the item to get the instructions and return address which makes the process that much slower/ difficult when in reality it could be a much quicker and more officiant process. I heard nothing after 8 days from when I sent off my return and because all of this was done over email I had to chase them up and ask about my refund! Personally I think the return process could be improved massively! Because of this I won’t be choosing to shop here in the future.

Very bad experience. I bought a Samsung galaxy S23 ultra smart view wallet flip case but it's not original. They sell fake items. So be careful before you buy anything from JOOM

I purchased a storage unit that turned to be a lot smaller and fragile then I thought it would be. Despite the fact that on the website it says clearly that you can return the product to the seller within 30 days by contacting costumer service, after numerous emails with Mor and Roslan back and forth, they refuse to provide me with the address! Despite what is stated on their website! This is absolutely outrageous! Buyers be aware if you don't like the product it's impossible to get you're money back!
