Hard working and very honest people.

I don't think AliExpress gets enough credit for their hard work. After a year or two of being a frequent customer, I feel I have enough experience to review. I spend a few pounds, and a few days later my items arrive. The orders are always correct. In 100 orders only one went missing, on UK soil too Royal Mail. The sellers I've communicated with have always been friendly, accommodating to my needs and above all honest. I sincerely praise your honesty and hard working nature, AliExpress. I recommend AliExpress, above all other international sellers. They're the best.

Extremely pleased with my purchase

Extremely pleased with my purchase, I could not believe how quickly I received my order. It was only a matter of days from placing the order to receiving it.

Ordering was simple and secure with no problems at all. In fact I have already ordered another item in a different colour.

I baught 2 Debra mixer with bluetooth 4…

I baught 2 Debra mixer with bluetooth 4 chanel system. I use them in ceremony receptions mostly in churches or outside fields to hook up microphones and my macbook air to streem the music up to 20-30 feet away from the unit. The quality is professionnal for 40$ cdn. That's good for me!

AliExpress rips you off completely

AliExpress rips you off completely. I ordered almost £50 worth of clothes that were not delivered and have received no refund. I went through the correct process of contacting the post office and finding the mistake, they explained the packages were sent back to sender as the delivery address could not be located. Completely understandable as I live down a narrow country lane. What is not understandable is how AliExpress claimed my parcels had been delivered and therefore would not give me a refund. I will never shop here again and I advise none of you to waste your money here.

Cheating

I complain abou order number 3037068916899382 to give me bonus refund to buy from other seller because this seller Lenovo didnt ship. They promise bonus refund then never give me. Now i ask again they say to talk to seller and in all my frustration the agent send me smiley which is so bad feeling. Now i request refund on my original payment and finally i want to recomend to everyone do not buy from Aliexpress. They holding my money so long and product no shipped. The warse online shoping i ever have in my life.
People please dont buy from Aliexpress is 100 times better with ebay and Amazon they re such a organosed and take care of customers!

Good and easy experience.

I was a bit skeptical at first given some of the terrible reviews but I thought it’s worth a try anyways. I’ve had a great experience with them. My order came in the time frame given. I was constantly updated throughout the process on the whereabouts of my parcel and the items I got were of great quality. I can’t fault them. Will be shopping again for sure :)

Not reliable. Poor customer service.

I’ve purchased many things over the years. Beware. High risk. I’d never purchase any electronics again. Usually poor quality despite positive reviews. Reviews are not reliable because they cut off the ability to write reviews after 30 days, so they are usually written before the purchaser has used them. And you can’t communicate well with AliExpress customer service or the seller.

Thank you for taking fast action on resolving issue with a dishonest seller.

I have been a customer on AliExpress for many years now. I have no issue of this company AliExpress like Amazon, but there are dishonest sellers that does not follow AliExpress guidelines. Its these sellers that is giving AliExpress´s bad reputation which is unfair. AliExpress Customer service are trying very hard to resolve issues. Just be patient. If you live in Europe shipment takes time its from Asia. If you don´t mind 30 days waiting time like me, thats good, i have saved lots of money eversince I started shopping at AliExpress.

Apparently Aliexpress has been enabling fraud on their platform, I bought a wig from Sunya Hair Store on Aliexpress and after over one month of delivery what was brought was totally a waste of money.I requested a return and refund process which was paid for at my expense by DHL . Aliexpress has refused to return my logistics fee and also the refund for the hair

Most dishonest site

If there be anything less than zero they deserve it.. these site encourage sellers against buyers like a rip off.. forget they are approved they are definitely not following good policy as it’s all lies .. there is no refund no matter how you try and till now am still surprised countries are allowing their marketplace to exist at all

Wrong beads color am very unsatisfied with the service…

I am very unsatisfied with the service provided at XILITATA store. Twice they sent me coral beads ORANGE color instead of RED color. The first time they sent even wrong size.
I do prefer to return all these beads back, but it will take long time and who could guarantee that XILITATA will send me RED color beads.
Very upset, it is my first such bad experience.
I would like store owner call me and explain why it happened. Lyudmila Yevgrafova.

It's a good company to work with. Customer service is responsive.

You never know the type of company you're dealing with until you have a problem. If you're working with a substandard company, you'll have a very difficult time contacting them.
Autonavi Factory Store worked very hard to resolve an issue with a navigator I purchased. I was satisfied with the service and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

They do returns

They do returns. Sadly, they don't filter fake items. These are some of the fake items to avoid. Low cost - USB drives, SD cards, 18650 batteries that weigh less than .42g each, all other batteries please check the proper weight. Weight not listed don't buy. Any item that is extremely low on price claiming to be something 100x better. If it's too good to be true - it's a fake.

Seems to be an alarming scam at…

Seems to be an alarming scam at AliExpress.
Problem with a money off voucher. CS insist I must buy AliExpress Neosurf codes to convert into vouchers.
I refused several times so they refuse to help. All I want is my £5 money off voucher. I'm not worth it to the company. Beware of this very strange set up. Don't be scammed.

These people has got only one concern ...money!

These people has got only one concern, ...money ! Sad to say after complain, appeals etc they simply didn't solve my issue , not only but even if I asked a partial refund and followed all their "rules" they just wrote an email saying your request it's been rejected. All this despite their "customer" help center reassure you ( in a stupid chat) that they will help you and you are "important" as customer. Clowns! Next time I will stay far away from buying your rubbish.

Bad Customer service

Not great experience buying from this company, be very carefull when buying anything, most are from china, which only reply to messages about 48 hours later, then this drags on for weeks, then Ali Express says out of time period for getting a refund!
Just stick to ebay as there customer service is brilliant DONT BUY FROM ALI EXPRESS BE WARNED

I am again asking you to finally return the payment for the order. I'm waiting for 17 days. you don't understand that the return is frozen. it can't be that long. stop lying, promising, you will solve it within 3 days, you have already promised twice, you have not solved anything. you are the worst company I know. you have outdated, very bad services, bad business conditions, unscrupulous sellers who sell garbage, scumbags. do you want to have satisfied customers with such services? stop confusing people, lying, express, rename the company to slowly, that would be true. you have constant technical problems that I often warn you about, you don't want to solve them. shame on you, such a bad company.

AliExpress have great products but assistance regarding dispute or warranty they do not assist.no customer support service is always Auto messages related. Have 5 different case nr every time need to explain everything all over again wait 2 days just to get Auto messages When you do follow up on your case . Sorry no case have been open .? 😔
