Warner Edwards Dry Gin is handmade at the Falls Farm in Harrington. A distillate from barley and the distillery's own spring water is the basis. In this drink, several botanicals are macerated: juniper berries, cardamom, coriander, nutmeg and lime blossom. Citrus peels bring some freshness that is rounded off by the warm and sweet aromas of syrup, malt, cinnamon and ginger.
