Climax Wood-Fired Whiskey is not the usual bourbon you know. This whiskey is based on the original moonshine recipe by Tim Smith. After the distilling process, the whiskey is rested for 24 hours in vintage oak barrels that are filled with roasted white oak and maple staves.
Due to a special addition of heat, the added staves in the barrels set free their amazing aroma and give the whiskey its beautiful colour. After this process, the whiskey cools down in the barrel and is then filtered and bottled.
The base for this whiskey is corn, rye, malted barley and sugar cane. Enjoy this special spirit neat or with your favourite mixer!
