Suntory Toki
The "Toki" in Suntory Toki can be translated as "time". Not much has passed since the release of the Japanese whisky - the Blend came onto the market at the beginning of 2018.
Production
As a Blended Whisky, Suntory Toki is a marriage of different drops - all from the in-house distilleries Hakushu, Yamazaki and Chita. The result is a blend of grain and malt whiskies, which are matured in oak barrels from America and also from Spain.
Aroma and taste
The main flavours of the Suntory Toki Blend are various fruits, apple (green), herbs like basil and some honey. While tasting the sun rises: Grain notes take over the sceptre and sweetness also comes forward without completely gaining the upper hand. Nuances of honey and vanilla show up, while the fruity character, for example through grapes and grapefruit, is a wonderful complement. Some malt and mint are added.

If you want to test the drops from the Far East, the Suntory Toki is the right choice.
