The Etiqueta Negra is the successor of the legendary Ron Zacapa Black Label, which has been sold out since 2004, and is produced exclusively for the German and Italian market.
Aromas of caramel, vanilla, brown sugar, and light spice on the nose with almost no alcohol reveal Zacapa Centenario 23 Etiqueta Negra truly as a special aged rum. Its initial taste stays close to the aromas but with the addition of raisin and better defining the spice into cinnamon. A medium to heavy body warms the mouth ever so slightly and leads to a very long finish.
