Distillery

Dolin Vermouth Blanc comes from the house Dolin in the Echeles en Savoie in France, where it is offered by his liquorist distiller Joseph Chavasse since 1821. In his Dolin Vermouth Blanc, Chavasse marries the delicate aromatic herbs of the region with sweet and fruity white wine. The Dolin brand goes back to Ferdinand Dolin, who married a descendant of Chavasse and ran the company in the style of its founder. In 1919 the distillery passed to the Sevez family, who still own it today.

Dolin Vermouth Blanc captivates by its delicate sweetness in harmony with elegant spicy aromas, which are owed to the 33 varieties of alpine herbs and plants. It is distinguished by its clear colour and is dryer and more characteristic in taste than wormwood wines of Italian origin. Dolin Vermouth Blanc is based exclusively on grapes of the Ugni Blanc variety, which in combination with the multitude of special Alpine herbs create a balanced and harmonious aroma. This drink is an interplay of fruits and spices - hints of peach, almond and elderflower, which combine with the spicy taste of the herbs and give the wormwood its elegance.
