Doctor Polidori used to be Lord Byron’s personal physician and has been known for his knowledge about alchemic tinctures. Today, the old recipes form the basis of Doctor Polidori's Dry Tonic by German manufacturer Capulet & Montague, the same house producing Ferdinand’s Gin.
The tonic is infused with herbal essences, making it an aromatic filler for your favourite spirits. Herbal notes of basil and thyme combined with exotic notes of cubeb and juniper with hints of blossoms and lemons make for a great character. The water comes from a natural spring near the company’s headquarters. Due to the reduced amount of sugar in the soda, it is called a “dry tonic”.
