Art, history and tequila
Clase Azul - that means art, history and tequila combined in one bottle. For example, the spiral applications on the Clase Azul Añejo bottle represent the fertility of the earth. The fine blue line above it represents water. Together, water and earth bring the agave to life. This is because the Clase Azul Añejo gets its exceptionally good taste and complex aromas from the blue agave.
Taste
A long maturation period not only gives the Clase Azul Añejo its intense amber color, but also ensures a distinct taste spectrum. The aromas of cooked agave mingle with a delicate hint of vanilla and caramel. In the finish, the taste of many woods can be sensed. However, the Clase Azul Añejo also impresses with its versatility on the nose. Here, the nose is also treated to the scent of Mexican vanilla, cinnamon, apples and almonds.
