This Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from Premier Cru vineyards. For a non-vintage champagne, it is aged on the lees for a very long time, with a maturation period of three years. In the glass, it has a beautiful golden color with green reflections. Lively and light, this Cattier delights with wonderful aromas of flowers, citrus fruits, apples, dried apricots and vanilla.
