Monkey 47 is a gin from Germany's Black Forest ("Schwarzwald"), which is aromatised with 47 different ingredients and manufactured by the former Royal Air Force member Montgomery Collins. The gin's foundation is crystal clear water, which is extracted from the brand's very own well. After its distillation, Money 47 is aged in stoneware casks. Thomas Henry Tonic Water complements the gin's complex and full-bodied aroma with its refreshing own flavour, which is mostly made up by limes, juniper and the subtle aroma of real quinine.
