Mombasa Club London Dry Gin used to be the flagship drink at Mombasa Club, which was founded during the colonial era in Kenya's second biggest city Mombasa. The "Private Social Club" soon became the most esteemed meeting place within the whole city. The gin is created using the small batch method, distilled four times and enriched with botanicals like cassia, coriander, caraway, cloves and - of course - juniper berries. Mombasa Club London Dry Gin shines with an excellent balance of sweet and spicy aromas and underlines them with subtle notes of anise and citrus fruits. The finish is mild and comfortably long-lasting.
Mombasa Club London Dry Gin is best to be enjoyed in a classic Gin & Tonic, but can also be used as a base for tasty cocktails.
At the spirits competition Concours Mondial, Mombasa Club London Dry Gin was awarded with a gold medal in 2011.
