Terrible Service – Refusing to Refund My Money!
If I could give zero stars I would.
I had a horrible experience with TEMU, and I want to warn others before they waste their money. On Tuesday, I reached out to them because I couldn’t pay the customs fees on my order. I was told to contact logistics, and after I did, I was informed that my packages had been returned. I took screenshots of this and sent them back to TEMU, and they said they would open a ticket to resolve the issue.
Since then, on the 23rd, my ticket has been left open with no progress whatsoever. Whenever I reach out, I only get AI-generated responses from virtual agents that don’t help at all. What’s worse is that each time I contact them, a new ticket is opened and then quickly closed because I supposedly have an open ticket. If they can close a new ticket, why can’t they resolve the original one? It’s ridiculous!
TEMU’s customer service is completely useless, and I keep getting the same unhelpful responses over and over again. This company is a scam, and they have no interest in actually helping their customers. Save your money and avoid TEMU at all costs!
