Shame on you, Temu !

They keep sending e-mails about the order being delayed, which is due the first week of October. So, no delay in my humble opinion ?!?
They also keep sending mails about prices you win, but it is, I guess, a trick so you order more. Etc. etc.
Bad, bad, bad !

Great products

Great products, and even if you get one that isn't you are able to return for a refund no quibble. They offer discounts and coupons, I find the discounts work better for me. Customer service is always fantastic if you have any issues with a purchase. Delivery is quick and there are no additional fees (UK) I use the app on my phone and go to the store on my laptop. This site is so easy and you can find nearly everything you are looking for!

3 items of clothing ordered

3 items of clothing ordered. All faulty with either seams on the outside. 2nd item different sleeve length and 3rd had an even seam on inside of cuff. Shame as nice products otherwise. Obviously not quality controlled. Also everything is wrapped in plastic which is unecessary.

Garbage app full of art theft

Temu is a garbage app full of stolen artwork. Hundreds, if not thousands of artist's work, is being sold illegitimately and they are notorious for ignoring legal DMCA requests. Do not buy from Temu. Why are things so cheap? Because they are not paying for the IP they are selling!

FANTASTIC SERVICE FROM TEMU

Temu is fantastic. In all the orders I have placed (which have been many) I have been really satisfied. Especially once purchased and the item price drops you can click to get a refund on the difference.
I tend to see something I like and put into my basket ready for next purchase.
My orders have always arrived on time and tracking number keeps me updated on where my parcel is.
Highly recommend

Wife bought 2 tops

Wife bought 2 tops, they arrived screwed up as tightly as possible in as smaller package as they could be forced into.
Can't try them on until they have been washed as totally creased up and smelly so won't know if they fit until washed.
Lesson learnt will not buy from Temu again.

Not true to there word e.mail nuisance

Tryinf to find a txt site for temu complaints..after 100 txt of 2 free gifts chose a item over 20 pound which they disregarded and tried to charge me 15.59 for my free gifts informing me that I had to spend 32. What a rubbish outlet never again

I shop loads on Temu and I did the offer they sent me spend £35 and get two free gifts so I did I ordered and picked my free gifts and paid only to notice a few days later that they cancelled my free gifts so I spoke to customer service and they cancelled because I got price adjustment on items in that order which brought it slightly under the £35 I spent..I think this is wrong I did exactly what was required of me to get me free gifts and to take it away because you put the price down ? It’s disgusting it really is

You need to pay a minimum of 25€ to…

You need to pay a minimum of 25€ to checkout and get an order. That's a way of pushing costumers to buy more items than needed. And also that is a strategy of making people spending more money.
I don't agree with that policy. Who on earth goes to a shop to buy something in particular and is not allowed to buy it unless you pay a minimum of whatever? Not costumer centered. Uninstalling the app. Bye.

This site copies original artwork and designs. When contacted about the infringement, Temu does nothing to take the content down. It is quite literally just a site to sell cheap knockoffs or stolen content. Amazing.

Terrible Service – Refusing to Refund My Money!

If I could give zero stars I would.
I had a horrible experience with TEMU, and I want to warn others before they waste their money. On Tuesday, I reached out to them because I couldn’t pay the customs fees on my order. I was told to contact logistics, and after I did, I was informed that my packages had been returned. I took screenshots of this and sent them back to TEMU, and they said they would open a ticket to resolve the issue.

Since then, on the 23rd, my ticket has been left open with no progress whatsoever. Whenever I reach out, I only get AI-generated responses from virtual agents that don’t help at all. What’s worse is that each time I contact them, a new ticket is opened and then quickly closed because I supposedly have an open ticket. If they can close a new ticket, why can’t they resolve the original one? It’s ridiculous!

TEMU’s customer service is completely useless, and I keep getting the same unhelpful responses over and over again. This company is a scam, and they have no interest in actually helping their customers. Save your money and avoid TEMU at all costs!

I have ordered on Temu many times

I have ordered on Temu many times. Overall it's good. As has been said if you choose wisely there are lots of bagains to be had. Ladies clothing materials tend to be bright but what looks like textured can just be printed so tc. for Household, jewellery and gift stuff you cant go wrong. Delivery takes a while but if later than estimated, which might only be a couple of days, they pay £4 in compensation. My problem is I'm addicted as so easy to browse!

I had ordered a parcel and we had waited for, the parcel I was informed the safe place for the parcel was outside a general black bin not even in a recycle bin my son checked and a fly had went up his nose, as he really wanted the parcel. therefore he was desperate I will never order from here again.

Packaging Issue

I've ordered alot of items from Temu the only problem i found was the packaging it's not packed carefully boxes are damaged things are squashed in my last package an item was damaged i got onto Temu & they issued a credit
I really think the way Temu packs items needs to be reviewed so items aren't damaged or broken apart from that I'm happy with Temu

Not a great service

Not a great service, although I did receive my item much to my surprise. It was not as described in the pictures/advert and I was unable to get my money back, I would steer clear.

Despicable Service

Placed an order with them on 08/09/24. Order was not started processing until 20/09/24. It is now at the EVRI terminal awaiting processing.
It will be 3 weeks before a likely hood of delivery.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY, DELIVERY TIMES ARE RIDICULOUS.
Quick to take payment, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.


Have been asked for additional information, have done as requested to be told it will take 3 days to process.
TEMU also use EVRI (the worst delivery company in UK).
TEMU are based in Ireland Like AMAZON & offer the same TERRIBLE Service,
