I need to correct a poor review I gave Shein. I was convinced, when my order never arrived that they lost order information as there was no sign of my placing the order I paid for. Beware: FEFEELWRM PTE. LTD. is scamming using a Shein look-alike logo on facebook. PayPal paid the scam FEFEELWRM PTE. LTD. and my money is just gone. So I apologize to Shein for this.

My orderstill didn’t arrived



I am in Thailand. I ordered here. My order still didn’t arrived. The currier called me on Saturday for 2 second. Second time he Calle me on Tuesday that he will tomorrow Wednesday 6pm. When I tried to explain to him, how to find my house, he put the phone down. Obviously, He didn’t show up when the said he will on Wednesday.

It’s a really unacceptable. Unprofessional and wasting everyone time. You really should choose a better courrier company.

Personally I am happier to pay more if I can get the product in time! I think most of us are! Delivery is part of your service you offer. Or should be otherwise just ordering but never receiving the items doesn't make sense.

I like your products but your delivery service is HORRIBLE! Every time I order something from your company is a torture the get delivered.

I always had a great experience…

I always had a great experience purchasing from Shein. I love the price, the quality, and the clothes. One month ago, I had my first bad experience; I didn't receive my package. It only said that it was arriving late but gave no concrete answer. So, I communicated with support. At first, they made me wait for about five days, but the package didn't arrive, so I had to ask for a refund. Thankfully, they accepted my report, and my money was refunded almost immediately. I ordered again, and this time the package arrived super early without any inconvenience, so I am super happy with Shein.

I ordered a top recently size 12/14 and…

I ordered a top recently size 12/14 and it was enormous.

Having looked on Trustpilot it seems all the good reviews were all around the same date in June 2024. Makes me a little suspicious as it’s a US company but clothing coming from China.

Also having looked at the dissatisfied customers, all standard responses are from a bot. Do any humans actually work at SHEIN who can give a person the individual attention they need? Or do you make it too difficult so they will give up? Please don’t reply unless you can give me a proper response and not a ‘bot’ one

Been dealing with Shein for a long time…

Been dealing with Shein for a long time in fact maybe years, had a lot of goods, some perfect some not so, never been a problem to return, only thing is if I can not get out the returned will be delayed, on my part, always had my money back on time, thank you Shein

I run an embroidery shop and one of my customers ordered shorts (15 pair) from this company. The stinch of Formaldehyde was so bad I could not finish the job. I told her never ever to send me anything from this company ever again! I will refuse to work on them!

The best online shopping app I have…

The best online shopping app I have ever used, it’s easy to navigate and keep you up to date on packages you ordered, also when you use your points to make your purchases you get the opportunity to earn them back and get more to add to your payment to make more purchases. Everything I need and want is always from SHEIN.

Shein-Return policy Complaint

Hello I placed an order from Shein. I tried to return items and I was told it was out of the window buy a robot and could not speak with a customer service person. I place orders every so often with Shein so I was not aware their return policy had changed to the restrictive policy it has now. As an example when Mercari recently changed their return policy it was communicated to ALL customers.
I tried to report them to BBB but since SHEIN is not BBB accredited they do not care. I have since reported them to a state entity.
Until my situation is resolved I will continue to post my experience for others to see and will not order from them again.

Great value for money, surprisingly fast delivery

I've ordered few items from Shein and was truly impressed with the delivery, it took only 5 days to deliver my package from China to UK. I've ordered nightdress, some bricks toys (similar to Lego) and cosmetics - everything was of satisfactory quality and surely was great value for money.
I can recommend this website.

undelivered order

I have been shopping with you for maybe 2 years and more, but I placed my last order on 25.05.24 and I have not received it until today. I am very disappointed, then I made a report to paypal for a refund, after a few messages I received a message from shein to close complaints to paypal so that the money will be refunded by shein themselves. BUT to this day I have not received my money. And please, without answering me, to transfer to a chat, because you don't have one. Please refund my
money. Thank you.

No returns allowed

I have ordered with SHEIN for a few years and never had any issues returning items that weren’t quite right. I recently placed a large order but now I want to return a couple of items I am unable to do so. When logging into my account it says they are promotional items and cannot be returned. Nowhere when checking out was this told to me and I have since checked the same items on the website and the page clearly says the item has free returns.
I won’t be ordering from SHEIN again as this is very misleading and against the consumer rights act.
