They don't deliver on a weekend

Had the tent I wanted in stock. It's only when I purchased it, I realised they don't deliver on a weekend. As it has to be signed for, I missed the delivery. Had to rearrange for a weeks time when I knew someone would be home.

UPDATE: THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. If you intend to use DX in the future, I won't be using you for anything else. They are an absolute shambles.

I'm sorry that our delivery did not meet your expectations, unfortunately we are limited on delivery availability by the couriers. Large items are often sent by DX Freight which do not offer us a weekend service. We are reviewing our website to make sure this is clear during the checkout process.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your order and any inconvenience this may have caused. After reviewing your order details, we can confirm that it was dispatched on July 13th. Unfortunately, it seems there was a delay from our delivery partner's end due to the parcel being held up in their network, which was out of our control.

Upon receiving your contact advising us that you only needed one item instead of two, we promptly edited the order and processed a refund for the surplus item on the same day.

According to our records, your order was finally delivered on July 18th, two days later than we had initially expected we regret the extended wait time.

If you need any further assistance or have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Prompt delivery and no complaints

No complaints with the service and promot delivery. The only issue is that Milenco could give clearer instructions, as it was a surprise to us to find both legs clearly off the ground when parked on a hard surface, which should've been explained as being normal and as designed.

We can confirm that we have not abused this person, nor have we ever had any dealings with them. Ironically they have used the name of one of our Directors (spelt incorrectly) in an effort to discredit the business.

I am extremely upset about this company…

I am extremely upset about this company I ordered a Coleman cool box and Coleman camping chair to get home and find out the delivery driver has left his with a neighbour to whom I don't know or was given any details of and IV just been told it's a police matter I won't be getting a refund or a reship this is completely unacceptable I haven't signed for my package or been given the details to wot address I should be knocking on to receive my package it was for this weekend the 21st of April we go camping I placed this order on the 12 of April I still haven't received anything and now I'm not sure I can even go I'm absolutely furious this should be classed as theft DO NOT order from this company the customer service is terrible I'm now left with my items to camp and over £130 out of pocket 😡😡😡

Regarding the delivery issue, it is not our policy to leave packages with neighbours without the customer's consent. We are currently investigating this matter with the delivery company to understand what happened and ensure it doesn't happen again.

As for your refund, I understand this was processed shortly after the issue was brought to our attention. We'd like to speak to you to discuss this matter further, please can you contact our Accounts Department?

Bought a Coleman xl package brand new…

Bought a Coleman xl package brand new and after opening it found it had damp all over it from being put away wet, mud/soil marks on the walls and guide ropes and sand in the bag it came in. When complaining to leisure depot got told not possible as brand new and won’t compensate without photo evidence. After explaining i didn’t get pics and it’s packed away till next holiday told won’t wait till then and won’t compensate!! Terrible customer service all round

Very happy with recent order

Received my order from Leisure Depot and I couldn't be happier.
Item came but had the wrong brackets for my van. I sent an email explaining what i had received and that the brackets supplied would not fit. The guys behind the scenes did some magic and a few days later, i now have the correct brackets.
