Lost someone close to me, Aviva can't be bothered to answer me.

Contacted about a pension, Told it was in my favor. Then no payment made and absolute silence and ignoring emails for 6 months. Can not call this company as "they're receiving a large amount of calls, but appreciate my patience" Hard enough to loose someone then to be stiffed by the people handling your money too. Way to add insult to injury Aviva. Generally disappointed and reading negative reviews from other sites about this company brings these recent 5 star reviews into question about legitimacy. Apparently reaching this company by phone has been a challenge for over a year. Really? This is how you run a business?
