Great prices, easy to order and track to USA

Great website -- easy to navigate and very informative. Ordering was easy, and tracking was provided. Prices are outstanding! Tracking was provided and communications were excellent.

The shipment was delayed a few days by the shipping service (NOT the fault of Music Store!) -- follow up information was provided and the shipment make it to the USA with no further problems. HIGHLY recommended and will use them again.

Good experience with Music Store

From Belguim, easy to place order, parcel delivered in less than a week in good condition and the instruments really correspond to what I expected and are complete (keyboard with protection) and not too expensive! Top ! thank you very much Music Store for your service :D

Martin 000 - CJR - 10E

It was the first time I ordered something by Musicstore. From order to delivery : all PERFECT. I recomment Musicstore as your favourite store. The product itself, a guitar Martin 000jrc 10e, is an high standard guitar and it meets of course all the requierments. Very satisfied with MusicStore !

It is confusing they sent an expansive…

It is confusing they sent an expensive article by UPS. They said it is deliverd on my adres but i didnt get it. Strange that you dont have to show an id or something so they know the article is by the right person. In the morning i found out the pakkage was there in the morning near the container wet of the rain.It was the first article i offered but also the last time.

Terrible Experience

I purchased a guitar that was damaged upon receipt. It was poorly packaged for shipment and not even put in the soft case the guitar was shipped with. The headstock was damaged and I have been trying to return the guitar. The shipping box was not damaged at all but with the way it was packaged, it had inadequate cushioning so got damaged by no fault of the shipper.

I have now been trying for several weeks to process a return and they will not cover the cost. I have a large collection and buy the vast majority of guitars online. I have never had a situation as poor as this one.

Positive experience

Was slightly scared to place an order having seen all the negative comments, finally decided to with it and I'm 100% satisfied! Ordered a PRS guitar on Tuesday night, the product arrived in Poland on Friday at noon with a proper, professional setup!

Worst Company I have ever ordered from

My guitar was stolen due to DHL just leaving it outside and having nobody sign for it.

Musicstore. DE basically just told me tough luck and didn't even respond to my emails until I would send 2 or 3 at once.

They are the least helpful customer service I have ever seen, and they refuse to help you if anything is wrong with your order.

They told me I was wrong for asking them for help.

Very rude and arrogant people who do not care about their customers or anyone for that matter.

Musicstore vs Thomann

There are this two main store in Europe to buy Studio equipment and Music Instruments; Musicstore and Thomann. A part this really small different that with Musicstore you have to pay some shipping cost to return an item, after long time that I used to buy in both store and after my recently bad experience with Thomann ! I will now just go with Musicstore for the rest of my life!!! Thanks Musicstore. Your price are also better!!

The worst customer servicer ever seen.

The worst customer servicer ever seen.
Placed an order, the money was imediatly charged on my credit card, but the order never arrived. Later they return the amount saying their order was returned by ups but was never able to get a reason from them.
Many other better places to buy from. Avoid this one!!!

I ordered a guitar from this store

I ordered a guitar from this store, it will be a week ago at lunchtime tomorrow. Delivery to Ireland. No movement on order all day. No emails on status. Friday night DHL has the shipping label created. No movement until Monday at 11.33 when it is received by DHL in Cologne then 23.33 order is prepared for onward transport. No movement until Wednesday at 00.22 when it is scanned for transport to Ireland and nothing since. I tried to call the store after the initial order to find out if order was being processed but no answer by phone all day. Now the shipment seems to be taking for ever via DHL. This is a €600 fragile instrument but it seems to have been sent by the slowest possible means and no communication at all from the Music Store. I have had larger items delivered within three days from Germany to Ireland previously from other vendors. This is so far a lack lustre experience.

Many disappointments following the…

Many disappointments following the delivery of this product, given the price I expected to have a WERSI of optimum and flawless quality....
1) the product is delivered in FRANCE in German language for Win11 Pro + OAX + the configuration of the screen itself. A hassle to change the language especially on Win11 Pro. Even after changing the language to French, some messages continue to appear in German.
2) The screen is poorly adjusted, the Win11 desktop display extends beyond the edges, we only see part of the time in the taskbar, the same for the OAX system, the edges are off screen... , to resolve this, you would have to dismantle the screen (in German I remind you) to be able to access the small push buttons on the back.
3) The OAX system with VST imports (from Natice Instrument for example) crashes at the slightest installation misstep, the ASIO sound driver goes into off mode and no more sounds from the keyboards each time, you have to restart the system. OAX is incompatible with Kontakt7 from Native Instrument, only the Kontakt6 player is accepted....
4) It took almost 20 days to obtain the activation code for the "Wersi SONIC OAX Style Converter YAMAHA" option (charged €149), after multiple email reminders and a threat of opening a dispute on Paypal....
For a product sold for €17,000, there is a lot of progress to be made in order preparation.

Wrong delivery times

On the article page it said the package would arrive on the 3rd of March. Still to this day nothing and no notification. Annoying that I have to start emailing to get updates of any delays that happen or if they forgot about me.

There is no word how bad the "customer service" is

Do trust all the bad reviews you see there about their so called "customer service".
They told us they gonna take legal action against us. Period.
I repeat, a consumer music shop wants to take legal action against its customer daring to ask for a 10% discount on a not-so-new/refurbished good and for a replacement part that was received damaged. Do not ever buy from them. It's a madhouse with mad people, impolite, unprofessional, relentless (in a bad way), that should not be in this position and which abuse power for peanuts. Can you believe it ? I don't.

Go to the competitors don't ever waste time like we did. I think the reviews here are only the tip of the iceberg. I hope for more to come and unveil all of this, they had all the opportunity in the world to make this right and they didn't.

Poor returns experience and customer service

After ordering and returning just 3 items from them in almost 5 years they decided to block my account to prevent me ordering from them again. One of the items I returned was faulty. It took them over 2 weeks to refund the faulty item I returned.



Disappointed.

I was looking for a new electronic drum…

I was looking for a new electronic drum set with good quality-price ratio, and I found the best deal on the Music Store. Good communication with the store, fast and timely shipping. Well packaged and of good quality, corresponding to the description. Even though there was a setback with the volume of the package and the respective dimensions, everything was resolved quickly and with the full attention of the employee. Very satisfied, thank you!
