This company is complete trash please avoid
This company is complete trash avoid at all cost. They sent me the wrong parts, both parts where damaged. No response, as in they did not respond at all to multiple emails.
I tried to get in contact using their Facebook page, any reputable company would not want people writing complaints there since it is customer facing.
Music Store just simply deletes your comment. Cant get more easy than that right.
Anyone looking to purchase anything from them, be aware, they will short change you, ignore your emails for help, delete your messages if they find the uncomfortable and generally send you damaged used stuff at full price. Dont take my word for it, there is negative comments all over Trustpilot.
Please just buy at Thomann, will save you hours of pain trying to deal with these amateurs.
And to the Music Store bot which is slapping that: We regret that you were not satisfied. We will immediately review your complaint internally.
You dont even know which case this is, how will you review this case.
Its like that meme about scammers on Amazon where they comment: Haha
Anyway, avoid these guy

I have contacted you many times (as I said above), you didn't write me back. Not at all, not to my mails not on Facebook. Just ignored my mails and delete my Facebook posts.
To whoever is writing these replies: You don't know who I am, you don't know what I purchased, if you do know, then please contact me and we can figure out a solution. That is the sensible way to proceed with this, but you are just being unprofessional and attacking me, a customer who you sold used parts at full price and is now ignoring because MUSIC STORE thinks it can get away with it
