The website has different prices for each country which is not fair, once you pay they ask you for extra cost which is not on the initial price, and not good customer service at all.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They increased the price and email me after purchase ot pay more. The order was not delivered and refusing to give me a full refund and this is 4 weeks after purchase. Customer service is terrible and I now have to go through my bank to require the funds. The company has professional in it's titile but it is far from this. Order at your own risk.

What you have written does not correspond to our normal procedure. We do not increase prices.
We only charge the customer part of the freight costs if the delivery would be very expensive.
The customer always has the right to refuse this. We also do not keep any money, we only charge when we dispatch.

Musicstore kan niet omgaan met retourzendingen

Pas op, ze hebben een niet goed/tevreden geld terug garantie maar als je 2 keer wat terug stuurt omdat het product niet bevalt willen ze niet meer aan je leveren… dan maar beter gewoon naar Thomann, nooit een probleem, wat een gemiste kans musicstore…

Professional online advisor in sales…

Professional online advisor in sales export dept. But
not direct phone contact from company side if I had some small issue with tax ID. Your emails landing in spam catalog and email adress is in some filtering black lists. I was calling personally twise to ask about no info about delivery. It should be inverse. So the best solution should be direct contact by the phone to customer. Finally we are in EU, isnt it?

I recently ordered the Ahead in-ear…

I recently ordered the Ahead in-ear molds from Music Store, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. These in-ear molds have exceeded all my expectations in terms of both comfort and sound quality.

The item I ordered came 3 days sooner…

The item I ordered came 3 days sooner then expected, which to me was very covenient as I needed it next day. It concerned a K & M bag for speakers stands which on it’s own stand for high quality products. Job well done Music Store. Definitly I will order more often at your store while also prices are very hard to challenge by the competition.

Music Store.de Has it all!

Having had an amazing first experience with Musicstore.de with purchasing a Buffered Multiple for my Modular setup (which is hard or impossible to get elsewhere as it's from a small US-based company) and with such speedy service and FREE shipping over a small amount (phew!), I decided to look further into what they offer.

I was very happy to see that they sell many other Modular related material, which isn't easy to find as it's a fairly niche hobby and Musical route to take for Pro and Novice Musicians alike! I then added a number of items to my account Wishlist to keep an eye on and look forward to purchasing in the future.

My second purchase (and latest) was the Big EARS from Cre8audio. They have these nifty and well-crafted wooden attachments to add onto the sides of two NiftyCASEs from Cre8audio to expand your Modular setup. The items came quickly and I have no complaints! I will definitely be shopping more at Musicstore.de in the future!

This company is complete trash please avoid

This company is complete trash avoid at all cost. They sent me the wrong parts, both parts where damaged. No response, as in they did not respond at all to multiple emails.

I tried to get in contact using their Facebook page, any reputable company would not want people writing complaints there since it is customer facing.

Music Store just simply deletes your comment. Cant get more easy than that right.

Anyone looking to purchase anything from them, be aware, they will short change you, ignore your emails for help, delete your messages if they find the uncomfortable and generally send you damaged used stuff at full price. Dont take my word for it, there is negative comments all over Trustpilot.

Please just buy at Thomann, will save you hours of pain trying to deal with these amateurs.

And to the Music Store bot which is slapping that: We regret that you were not satisfied. We will immediately review your complaint internally.

You dont even know which case this is, how will you review this case.

Its like that meme about scammers on Amazon where they comment: Haha

Anyway, avoid these guy

I have contacted you many times (as I said above), you didn't write me back. Not at all, not to my mails not on Facebook. Just ignored my mails and delete my Facebook posts.

To whoever is writing these replies: You don't know who I am, you don't know what I purchased, if you do know, then please contact me and we can figure out a solution. That is the sensible way to proceed with this, but you are just being unprofessional and attacking me, a customer who you sold used parts at full price and is now ignoring because MUSIC STORE thinks it can get away with it

Fantastic product selection

Fantastic product selection, competitive prices and exquisite service and delivery times. Couldn't ask for a better place to buy new gear online.

Timely delivery, professional service and to be frank, I am a big fan of their website's look, functionality and user friendliness.

Have had the pleasure of getting into a new hobby of DJ-ing and musicstore.com has been my go-to choice for anything DJ related, seeing as they have items in stock that are a rare sight in Denmark's shops (especially at the moment with the Pioneer DDJ-FLX10), and at the same time offer better prices.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Made an order, than they changed conditions and tried to make me pay more to send me my items, it was combined sending me for free (shipping included in the price).

Afterwards they 'cancelled' my order without the right to do (not corresponding my customers rights).

Small detail; they told me to pay me back my money, which never was done. Later they claimed it was a 'problem with the CCcompany' (which is not true neither they are to blame).

So conclusion is I paid for something I never recieved, neither got back my payment.

Shamefull attitude.

Best Customer Support.

I initially had an issue when buying with them through Amazon, but their customer support team helped me with all the problems I had post purchase.

Later I've went directly to their website to buy more stuff, highly recommend them. Good prices and even better customer support.

very small mini guitar

very fast delivery by Music Store. The guitar body is very small and the arm is larger in comparison, but the frets are still close together. I can still pick up the chords on the 1st and 2nd fret, but from fret 3 onwards it is no longer possible. The guitar has a pleasant sound, clean and not too sharp. The tuner works immediately and is easy to read. The tuning mechanism listens well. The tuning is not like a guitar but about 4 notes higher. So a C chord becomes a G chord.
This becomes more difficult for musicians with thicker and less flexible fingers.
But all in all a beautiful instrument.

I would never buy from this company

I would never buy from this company. They take ages to respond and oferent me one price for an item and due to them not responding to emails fast enough the price increases by quite a lot in 2 days and they would not honour the original invoice they sent to my email. You can find items cheaper somewhere else so clearly not interested in customer retention.

Very fast delivery to Belgium

Very fast delivery to Belgium. Ordered on Friday evening, packed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (next day) to me at home by UPS. Impossible to beat this service!
