We visited Oostendorp Hilversum showroom, it was a really nice experience with expert and friendly staff while we were drinking our coffee. Julian guided us and helped us to find the best option to meet our needs. I definitely recommend to go there and buy what you are looking for instead of ordering it online from here or another store. Been wanting to get a digital piano. Luckily there was Black Friday so I had a very good deal for the Roland FP10.

I checked out on Sunday. They said the packages will arrive on Tuesday. But unfortunately I would not be home. So I asked if they can change it to Wednesday in which they replied it soon. And indeed on Wednesday it arrived safely. Now I'm already playing some songs. It's a perfect piano for beginner for a good price. Experience with Oostendorp: clear communication, fast response, fast delivery. All in all, top service!

Great product and good price once you bundle items together. Very friendly and helpful customer service, the salesman was patient and helped me all the way through my purchase. I chose free delivery, ordered a keyboard on Friday and received it on Saturday.

The only downside was that the delivery men left the boxes about 20 metres from my front door without notifying me or asking for a signature. I needed help carrying them inside.

I bought a Kawai ES520 here Yesterday (27/07/2021) and I'm so happy with it! I'm 14 years old, and it definitely is a step up from my current piano! it sounds really amazing and works amazing!
The service at the Oostendorp store is amazing, you get to plan an appointment to get 1 hour of specialized help. We got even longer since they weren't very busy.

The Beethoven storage music bench arrived withing 2 days of order. The bench is well-made, well-finished, and is classically designed. The mechanism for adjustment is strong and excellent quality.

There was, however, a small scratch in the leatherette when it arrived which must have occured in transport which was disappointing. Other than this small fault, it is excellent value for the price compared to other dealers.

It was perfect! I was a little wary because it was my first time buying via Oostendorp Muziek and I was surprised by how well received I was.
