I've been worried about him, as a fellow prolific history-merger, for a while now ever since noticing his absence from the project a couple of months ago, but was unable to find anything about his status. Another link: I'm 99.99% sure this website belongs to our Anthony Appleyard, and have been so ever since discovering it some years back. Among other things, it mentions scuba-diving and the only WikiProject he talks about on his user page is WikiProject SCUBA ... it also mentions the Old English Wikipedia, to which he contributed quite extensively.
