I had ordered a bouquet on 31/3/2024 for my aunt to be delivered on 1/4/2024 in Delhi, India. Sadly, it arrived with most of the stalks broken and drooping/discoloured. My schedule is difficult so I was not able to report this within 7 days, so I did not receive a refund.

My dear uncle recently passed away in Australia and I wanted a pretty wreath for his funeral.

I ordered a luxe bouquet of flowers for a birthday a few days ago. When I came to the birthday party this weekend I saw it and was literally shocked. The bouquet was absolutely not as expected, it looked like all colourful leftover flowers have been used for it instead of nice, chic and matching like the one I ordered… a €15 bouquet from the market looks hundred times better. Shame on you for delivering such an embarrassment for €60!!!

Our sister is in the Netherlands and we are in Australia we find ordering from a dutch florist to give fresher flowers at better prices the flowers were her birthday present and we have used this florist before with great results I thoroughly recommend them

They sent such a bouquet which was nothing to do with pictures on the website! Full of leafs instead of flowers!
And more disappointing is the reaction of the customer service! This was not the first time I ordered the flowers, for sure it’s the last time now, pity!

I ordered a fairly expensive bouquet for my father’s 90th birthday, to be delivered to his home address in Canada.
The flowers were not delivered. I got an email notification the day AFTER the birthday, to say that they had not been able to find a local partner to carry out the delivery.
Absolutely appalling behaviour: inability to execute the task and then an unacceptable form of late communication.
Untrustworthy and unreliable.

This was my second time using their service, everything went smoothly. The flowers were delivered promptly as per promised delivery agreement. Both flower arrangements have been gorgeous. I can highly recommend Fleurop!
