I am in Canada

I am in Canada. I went online and ordered flowers and chocolates for my husband who lives in Belgium for his birthday.. They never arrived. There is no customer service phone number. There is only a chat and nobody replies. There is no email address. My husband did not get a birthday present from me because euroflowera delivery failed to deliver. I ordered a month ago. I will not give them my service again.

Flowers - Belgium to France

The ordering of the flowers went very smooth. Payment was easy. The flowers were beautiful. The delivery was okay as well.

Why no five stars? The delivery communication. It would've been nice to receive some information on when it would be delivered on the delivery day. I did not hear anything from them and the person receiving the flowers only heard from them at 17h15 roughly 15-45 min before delivery.

They forgot to put the note in

I didn't see the flowers but the company forgot to put the note i wrote so it defeated the purpose. The recipient, my cousin didn't know I sent the flowers so it ended up to be embarrassing for both of us. My cousin wondered for a few weeks who sent her flowers. It was supposed to be a thank you note for something she did for my elderly mother who lives in the same country as she does

Rigor makes sucesse

I understand that some times your partners in diferente countrys may not have all the flower variety that are advertised on the bouquet that we order.
But,
Some how you should be able to inform your clientes that, in that particular order, may occur some changes...
My last order, was missing the yellow flowers from the bouquet, and although was a very nice bouquet, when I choose that one, was because I wanted some warm light with the yellow flowers.
I hope next time will be possible ...

Dead, Dry and Damaged Bouquet

Sad experience with Euroflorist. The flowers were NOT fresh, some were dead and dried out, on the roses of my bouquet they were all brown and the leaves heavily damaged. The carnations in the arrangement had several broken buds. Very disappointing as if fresh flowers would have been used, the arrangement would have been very colourful and nice.

I always use euroflorist

I always use euroflorist . I live in Australia and my parents live in Belgium. They have a beautiful array of plants and flowers, with a few chocolates and wines and always beautifully sorted.
Delivered on the day and always the freshest with flowers.
I will never use anyone else

Easy to order, well-priced and delivered on time!

Placing the order was super easy. I'm the type of person who loves to pick out the flowers in person so ordering online is always a little challenging. There was a nice selection of arrangements and prices. The prices seemed quite reasonable compared to other sites. You get to pick small, medium or large. You can also add a vase, a card, chocolates. I ordered a large arrangement but I had no idea how large it was to be. The recipient sent me a picture and it looked nice, but perhaps maybe not as large as I expected (that's why the 4 star and not 5). That will not stop me from ordering again. Thank you!

The flowers reached its destination in…

The flowers reached its destination in very bad condition, it seems shipping from far distance in hot days not a great idea. The first time I order flowers from this website it was shipped from the same postal code as recipient, so flowers were in great shape.

My order arrived within the day and…

My order arrived within the day and items were complete! Would've been perfect if I received an email notification saying that the recipient already got the package. Nevertheless, I would order again next time and would still recommend to others. Thank you Euroflorist!

Sending flowers in a different country is always a concern. Euroflorist delivered exactly as arranged and the recipient was delighted.
She sent me a photo and they were lovely.

Beautiful Bouquet

The flowers received by my sister for her birthday were gorgeous. She was extremely happy. They looked better than what was in the pictures! Customer service was also very friendly.

SCAMMERS!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!! I placed an order with this flower company on May 8th, with the anticipation of a delivery on May 17th. The special occasion came and went, but the flowers never arrived. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company, all I received were automated responses, devoid of any real assistance or resolution. You would be unable to call them as they do not accept calls, and there are no agents available for chat apart from a bot that doesn't respond to any queries regarding missing order. I urge you to never order anything from these scammers!

Delivered late but lovely when they arrived paid £9.99 for next day delivery then…

I paid £9.99 for next day delivery then I didn't hear anything for 3 days despite me trying to contact them. The flowers were delivered 2 days late but actually when they arrived they were lovely

I was so happy that I could easily find…

I was so happy that I could easily find a florist to order for the same day but despite paying the same-day delivery fees, it all went silent! It was for a birthday and it wasn’t delivered arrive the same day as promised if ordered in the morning. They should simply remove that false promise that they can deliver the same day.

Poor service, very disappointing.

The delivery date I ordered for the bouquet was not respected. It arrived 2 days late with no warning, either at the time of ordering or after the date had passed, that there was a delay. I also ordered a bouquet that was “on offer”, but was charged full price, again with no explanation. When I wrote to ask about these problems the customer service was very unhelpful. So disappointing.

Beautiful flowers were delivered on the selected day. 4 stars instead of 5 because, as it was for a birthday, I would have been happier with a morning delivery instead of one in the evening.

Pretty Bad Deliverer

I ordered some flowers online and luckily they were delivered a the day they were supposed to, however they look completely different from what I ordered!! I ordered the orange boeket and the flowers turned out to be a mixture of yellow, pink, white and orange flowers. On top of that the customer service is completely out of reach, they never replied to messages and you don’t even get a message that the flowers were actually delivered.
