The delivery time and date was not as…

The delivery time and date was not as coordinated as I would have prefered, as I had to call customer service to get the flowers delivered by a local distributor. This is important because as a Birthday gift the flowers need to arrive at a specific date. However, the customer service was very friendly, professional, and commendable.

the red roses are good looking

I think everything went great and delivery came before 24h hours. The roses I sent were of good quality. Minor point, once the message was written I couldn't change it and I wanted to because of a typo.

Bravo!

Last minute order for the next day. It worked perfectly well with delivery of a wonderful bouquet at 10 a.m. Oder went smooth and payment is easy, even from abroad. I would order any time again. Bravo!

I ordered flowers for the Birthday of…

I ordered flowers for the Birthday of my wife which was on a Saturday. The delivery did not arrive on that date. But that was the whole point. Instead, in the evening the tracking website suddenly showed a failed delivery attempt at 10:30 in the morning. But we were home all morning and no one called or rang the bell. Also no note in the mailbox. An outright lie. Two days later the flowers finally arrived. They are nice quality but nothing super special. I give two stars because flowers for a birthday should be delivered on that date. If that is impossible, the service should not be offered in the first place. The extra star is for the quality of the flowers.

Need a way to track deliveries

There's no way to know whether the flowers were delivered or not. Once emailing the customer service to check, they have not gotten back after 2 working days.
