I bought the douce solaire Jolly. It was the best price on the internet. The order was processed quickly and dispatched the next day. It was delivered, by prior arrangement with the courier, two days later. The shower looks very well constructed and solid. It has not been installed yet so no comment about its operation. So far, very pleased overall.

My electrolyser has not been very efficient for some time. I e-mailed Distripool for advice and received a prompt reply making suggestions I ordered a replacement cell kit at 9.08 am and received its delivery before noon next day. Following the guide I replaced the cell within one hour and could not believe to see all green lights. The result was beyond belief; the speed of supply could not be bettered and the friendliness of staff advice and response was excellent. A QUALITY experience to solve my problem.

I have used Distripool for all my pool equipment over the past five years. They have provided a more personal service than one might expect from an internet provider. Their website has proved excellent both in it's coverage of a large range of products and the technical information has been a valuable reference in choosing the right products. The one time I made an error and ordered a wrong pump, they were very understanding and replaced it without a quible.

So I can't recommend them highly enough.

Worst service ever. Ordered on aug 4th, delivery time confirmed by phone 4-7 days. After calling and mailing several times, informed about 10 days delay. Week after shipment should leave aug 18th. Did not happen!!!! Customer service has no explanation. Several emails for new update. No reply. Still waiting.

I bought a pool heat pump from Distripool and the service was superb,but........
within a week of installing the pump it malfunctioned. I contacted Distripool who did NOTHING. When I complained they said I should not expect a reply to my concerns for at least a week (Amazon takes about an hour maximum!). After three days I spoke again with them and they said I had to contact the manufacturer (Poolstar). They are equally as useless. It has been 11 days and counting despite their email reply stating a response within 48 hours. Unbelievably poor service. Now I will start legal action for the recovery of my money.
