Defective pool electrolyser

I purchased online a pool electrolyser. The electrolyser unit burnt out within weeks. Piscine Center O Clair failed to deal fairly with my complaint. They first referred me to the manufacturer, which is contrary to EU consumer guidelines. They then required me to send the unit to the manufacturer at my cost, which is again a breach of the guidelines. They then reported that the unit's guarantee had been invalidated because a hole had been drilled in the casing, a claim which was totally false. At no time did Piscine Center O Clair contact me directly. All interactions were through their website and at their leisurely pace. I had to keep checking for updates. It was quite clear that they were being obstructive. When I challenged the legality of their complaints process they did not reply until two years after the date of purchase, when they declared that the unit was out of guarantee and the case file closed. They are not to be trusted to deal honestly on purchases of high value.

Pool pump - a good purchase

I bought a new pool pump, and the most important thing was that I wanted the exact dimensions to be the sane as the old one, so I did not have to change the pipework. The website gave these exact dimensions for each model on sale and I was able to buy a pump (in stock) which fitted exactly. It took just 6 days from order to being installed and running. I am very pleased.

excellent achat

The ordering and delivery were brilliant. Delivery was on time.I would like to see better instruction manuals, as in the case of the transformer there is not one

i was very hapy with the service…

i was very hapy with the service provided. the communications were excellent and i recieved the pump on time, the price was very competitive and there was minimal waiting time before i had my order delivered. i unreserdvedly would use this servicee again

Excellent price (best on the web) for a…

Excellent price (best on the web) for a robot that can clean a large swimming pool, up to 20mtrs. As advertised we received the robot inside the 24/48h delivery that was stated and free delivery too. Item works great so far and very satisfied.

Item was delivered promptly

Item was delivered promptly. A piece was delivered broken, but I checked in the presence of the courier, and followed the company procedures. I received a replacement part very quickly.

Product arrived promptly Bad after sales service

Product arrived promptly, however didn’t work. Was advised to unscrew parts to relocate moved parts. Robot still didn’t work, no power to the robot, P-C insisted I repeated to avoid the return which I requested. Thoroughly dissatisfied with after sales service. They don’t appear to be customer focussed. I don’t expect to do repairs to a product that fails at first use

Till now, a real very bad experience

They promised to send my order in 24-48 hours, but they have just send a tracking number from La Post and when I follow it, the information that I have is that Colissimo (La Post) is waiting for the packet and suggest that I contact the expediter.
I send emails to Piscine-Center customer service, but, till now, no answer. It is a very expensive item and the delivery price is 57€!

Bad bad bad they have no knowledge of …

Bad bad bad they have no knowledge of the product that they advertise on the net and substitute another product which they insist is correct which at best is ignorence and at worst I a lie
They then argue these facts via their sav and do not reimburse for around a month without being pushed verbally and forced
It is not my first bad experience with their sav but is certainly my last

Worst I have seen - no support at all

I ordered for a certain date two articles totalling somewhat under EUR 1000. They only delivered 1 article for about EUR 150.00 when I phoned I have been told I will get an email : no email came. I then send two more emails no reply.
Now a month after they have delivered good for EUR 150 but they took paid for much more.
Today I have to call my bank to reverse the charge.

Beware of this company!

I placed my order on the 25th of May…

I placed my order on the 25th of May order number 901478. I have emailed twice for when it will be delivered. I have received no reply about my order. I have only recieved emails like this and advertisements. I would like the merchandise I purchased.

Very Unsatisfied

J'ai passé ma commande le 25 mai sous le numéro 901478. J'ai envoyé deux fois un courriel pour savoir quand elle sera livrée. Je n'ai reçu aucune réponse concernant ma commande. Je n'ai reçu que des courriels comme celui-ci et des publicités. Je voudrais la marchandise que j'ai achetée.
