Dh gate not responding

Parcel never arrived and DHgate were very unhelpful when I opened dispute and released my money to seller knowing I had not recieved my order. Was told to chase courier which I have done and I have been messaging DHG on their portal with proof of courier admitting that parcel was left in insecure location but they have not yet replied- 7 days and still waiting

DHGate slide with seller, as i cannt provide documents which i cant get. I mean papers from local post, as i need LOCAL TRACKING NUMBER for that (and to know which local delivery service are used).
Well this was my mistake, i wanted to buy that gift slightly cheaper than in Official Store on Aliexpress. Never did same mistake.
And buy something on DHGate very carefully (but better to avoid. (unfortunately you can check reviews on 17Track, there is a pretty easy to register some fake delivery service, as i understand)

Bought from DHgate for the first and…

Bought from DHgate for the first and last time this month. Like a lot of the reviewers here have said the website says items recieved - well they have not been nor has their been any attempt to deliver it. No card through the door nothing. There is like a fake tracking number on the order that doesn’t work in any of the courier websites. Tried to raise a dispute but it said it needed evidence how can I evidence that you’ve taken my money and not sent it. I have sent a message to the seller “now2002” but it says that they don’t exist anymore?!

Fraudulent debits

I haven't actually ordered anything from this company, but I got a message from my bank on app, followed by phone call re fraudulent activity on my bank re this company. There were 4 orders which I never made in the last 2 days. I suspect this comes from details I gave to a previous scam company.

Don’t buy on this webpage

Don’t buy on this webpage. It’s a lie!

I been waiting for a refund 7 months. Order number 31697476020 I never received the package. Every time I talked with customer service they told me it was stock in transit and they would return the money in case couldn’t send me the package. The order was made on April this year and Today I decided to check the order status and found nothing! They have deleted all my info. It says there is no order pending. I have screenshots of everything regarding to my order. I just want my money back.

DH Gate Fraud

DH Gate Fraud? I have ordered an item for my son on September 11th, 2024. The amount is deducted from my bank account through ideal, but there is no order created in the system and there is no way online to contact DH Gate. Sent an email, but no reply? What is going on? Anyone else having issues too?

Very stressful.

I ordered some stock from the site which never arrived and going back and forth from the seller and DH gates customer service was a nightmare not helping my stress and anxiety one bit .
I suffer with mental health and I would advise anyone with the same not to order from this site as dealing with a complaint does not do it any good.

They will charge you twice

If there was a way to write a 0 star review I would gladly do.
Do not buy from this website. They will charge you twice for 1 order and only refund you once. This happened to me and I immediately cancelled my order but got refunded only 1 part of my money. They don’t have ANY costumer service in place. Its only bots and chats with limited content. Their email addresses for costumer services are not active and the links that lead to oder email addresses or phone numbers are dead ends or only lead to their main website. Its a big scam machine.

Can't give it no stars but would…

Can't give it no stars but would if I could. Ordered a couple of Stoke City shirts which were old ones and could not get them anywhere else. Ordered in August and it is now nearly October and their website is stating received but they have NOT been received. Tried to get refund but website is asking for evidence. Very poor

Very poor, I ordered over 8 weeks ago, when I click on the item on the sellers page, it's shows as item doesn't exist yet they took my money 8 weeks ago! I have messaged the seller at least 10 times and had no response. I have also contacted the customer service who haven't been very helpful either, I've got to wait until November before the can intervene!! What a scam of a website. I've used them before but they should really vet their sellers. £50 down the drain as I feel like I'm getting nowhere and customer service don't want to help me either. I don't know who I can report to now as £50 is alot to lose hen I ordered in good faith from what I thought was a decent site. I won't be using them again!!!!

Wrong and defective product sent to me.

They sent me the wrong model of mouse, to make matters worse the usb receiver doesn't even work. I don't know how they can confuse m3 Micro with m3 Pro. Must have sent me a wrong and defective mouse on purpose. I patiently waited one month for the order just to be 'scammed. The latest two items (including this one) I got were sellers from china, and both turned out to be defective. All the other computer gear I ordered had no problems whatsoever. I'd stay away.

Beware of this site

Don't waste your time, you'll be disappointed !!! Most of the items are counterfeit !!! What is displayed on the sale picture is not what you get ? When there is a problem, they will get you to negotiate with the seller, so instantly you at a Disadvantage !!!!!!! Their communication is very poor, so don't waste your time !!!!! I acted honestly and honourably but you won't get the same respect when things go wrong.

Every item was counterfeit and poorly made !
Training Standards should really have this website removed from the World Wide Web, of which I have raised in Europe ? I'm sorry but this is the best review I can give, and it's honest, I've lost out financially but let it be a lesson learned !!!!

So I've followed your procedure but you expect the buyer to communicate with the seller, if the seller on your site disagrees they then mute the communication, with the distance issues with you audience most buyers are at a Disadvantage, so I have communicated, responded, your buyer then blocks the message, end of things, your business needs to deal honestly with the buyers, another thing I bought shoes, counterfeit like everything else, I didn't agree to post the shoes back, it's NOT worth it !!!!! Now if you did your job properly on the resolution team, you'll notice all my conversations clearly communicated

But I will do everything to have your site removed from www, the amount of counterfeit items coming from this business is absolutely unacceptable and appalling, people in the USA, UK and Europe will know what goes on. It's unacceptable business practice, and needs stopping, as for there site, it's very confusing and misleading. The proof I submitted was more than acceptable and truthful, I submitted messages to the seller that was muted, after receiving the watch it, it wasn't working properly from the onset, and I highlighted my concerns in my dispute, how DHgate decided i didn't submit enough proof ?

Scam

Ordered a bag. Description said 'lambskin, genuine leather', paid 200+$. I received a cheap, bad smelling synthetic leather. Seller is unresponsive.

Update. Contacted a customer service. Customer service is a joke and doesn't exist. Don't buy anything on this website.

Dhgate, what happened to giropay?

Dhgate used to have the payment option "Giropay" exclusive for Germany. I am not sure If they removed this payment feature but it is nowhere to be seen. Now there is no other way for me to order since I don't have a credit card.
