Gorgeous, efficient website and communication when the delivery was not made properly. They sent another order immediately. I really appreciated their attention and care. Yhe intended birthday present was late do to faulty delivery service, but they resent the order and i hope it will arrive correctly this time. Thank you very much!!!

I was looking for a reasonably priced online florist to send some flowers to my mum. In my search I came across Bloompost. I ordered a bunch of 12 pink roses and a little bar of Tony’s chocoloney. With delivery (on a day of my choosing) it came to £21.35. Well worth it. Mum said the flowers were lovely and to write a good review.

I made my first order and it wasn’t delivered via PostNL
I contacted BloomPost customer services and they acted swiftly to solve the problem by sending me a new package, which was eventually delivered. It arrived a little later than expected but they were friendly enough to get the problem resolved quickly and efficiently!

I ordered flowers and a jigsaw for a friend who had been unwell and she was so happy to receive them. Coming through the mailbox was fantastic as it didn't matter if she was home to receive but they stayed really fresh in transit. The website is a little confusing to navigate as it's not possible to edit an order or add additional things on, so I ended up having to make two different orders which ended up being delivered on two different days but it wasn't really a problem - just meant that my friend felt she received extra gifts in the end!

The purchase, shipping was easy and fast. However I was quite disappointed with the quality and quantity of the flowers. The silk flowers didn't look much different than any other fake flowers and the size of the bouquet was also smaller than expected. Would have been nicer to have more photos of what it really looks like in a hand for example and not spread out flat.

First thing, it didn’t arrive on the same day, next day when I called the customer service, she said maybe it’s delivered at the neighbors!! So and it’s an old and late delivery and we have to search for it!! This is very rude and very unprofessional, I paid for a good service and a good purchase, second it was not as shown on the foto’s, it was a smaller ( bos bloemen), which I was disappointed and embarrassed ( I paid allmost 19 euro for a couple of flowers which even didn’t arrive on time.

Despite ordering well in adbace for a friend's birthday, the order was never sent. When I followed up, they first peomised to send flowers of the same value. Again, nothing was sent. When I followed up again, they gave me a voucher. When I asked for my money back (since I don't intend on dealing with an unreliable company), they still insisted I keep the voucher and did not return my money. NOT recommended

My order was unfortunately not delivered because it was out of stock. But the day before I got the email of confirmation that it will be prepared and delivered the day after (as for my previous order).
So I was expected a confirmation of delivery but in place I got a message to say that it was not made because it was not available anymore.
For a normal occasion, I would say nothing but it was for someone who lost one of her parents, so it was also sad for us to not show her our support on time and with our first choice. Wel jammer...
