How it works:
1. Customers choose your business as their pick-up location during the check-out process.
2. Amazon will deliver packages to your business daily, and send delivery confirmation emails to the customers.
3. Once customers receive their email, they'll come to your location and follow simple instructions in the Amazon app to retrieve their package.

How many packages will a Hub Delivery Partner deliver?

We're looking for partners to commit to delivering 20-50 packages each day. The daily number of packages you deliver depends on the availability in your area and what works best for your business. Deliveries are made seven days a week, with the exception of major holidays.

If I become a Hub Delivery Partner, will I need to hire additional staff?

No, partners should utilize their existing staff or themselves.

How much does it cost to host an Amazon Locker?

Joining our worldwide Amazon Hub network is free of cost. In case of lockers, Amazon covers the cost of manufacturing, shipping, installing, and maintaining them so you can focus on what you do best: serving the new customers coming through your doors.

What type of customers prefer to pick up their package?

Customers use alternative pickup locations for a variety of reasons, but mainly for convenience. Customers tell us they want options—whether it’s a pickup point close to them, in a location that is part of their daily commute, or in a store with extended opening hours.

How do customers use the lockers and counters?

Customers simply shop on Amazon and select a locker or counter as their shipping preference during checkout. After receiving a delivery notification via email, Amazon app, or SMS, the customer follows the instructions in the app to retrieve their package. It’s that easy!
