I’ve used this on a dress, a few school uniform polos, and a recliner. So far it’s worked great. It’s fairly quiet, and easy to hold. I’m not sure how you would be able to replace or sharpen the blades, but at the current price point it might be cheaper to get a new one if needed. I need to research if the blades are replaceable, or can be sharpened.

i bought this specifically to shave pills off of this particular sweatshirt that i thrifted and it did a really good job, see before and after pictures. i don’t know how this thing would hold up over time but i didn’t notice any dullness in the blades or any other indicators that it’s one of those ~Amazon single-use~ type products. the only two small things i wished it had: a larger lint catcher compartment (i had to empty it like 4 or 5 times while shaving the sweatshirt), and a liiiiiittle more suction so that the smaller/more stubborn pills can get shaved too. other than that, it performed great! met my expectations and provided a satisfying before/after, i would recommend :)

Bought this because of my pants are getting these weird white balls on them, especially in between my thighs with my leggings and if you take this little machine, just gently rub it against the inside of your pants on those little white balls it will cut them right off without cutting your leggings! It's not powerful enough for me. It took to long to clean nubs off my corduroy upholstered furniture. However with patients and determination it did the job. When i inspected the blades, there are 3 (which is stated in the description) however i thought it was a flimsy design.
