The article begins with this "sentence": "Madonna Louise Ciccone was born at Mercy Hospital in Bay City, Michigan, She is third child and first daughter from Madonna Louise (born Fortin) and Silvio Anthony "Tony" Ciccone, She had four brothers and two sister by her family, Her name Madonna is from her mother side that, She is from Roman Catholic family by parents, She is Confirmation on 1966, Finally her mother died from breast cancer in December 1963 - His father remarried to housekeeper Joan Gustafson." This has to be re-written if it is to make sense and follow normal rules of written English. Kdammers (talk) 00:23, 29 June 2024 (UTC)
Done - Agreed none of the previous paragraphs made any sense so I've repasted her personal life from EN, I've simplified some and will do the rest later or someone else can chime in, Thanks, –Davey2010Talk 10:35, 29 June 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks. It still needs work, though. In particular, although she was born in Bay City, she did not live there (I think her mother was only visiting there did not stay longer than a few days or months). As it now reads, one gets the impression that M lived in BC until she moved to NYC. I'd change it if I had the time and verifiable sources. Kdammers (talk) 03:51, 1 July 2024 (UTC)
