Editors can have and even use more than one account. Heck, even I have more than one account. However, if one or more of those accounts are used abusively, then it becomes an issue. I was asking because they created another alternate account today, but I can't act against it because they aren't being abusive here. I'm not going to comment on the English Wikipedia block because we have no skin in that. But creating a user page and disclosing association with another account doesn't quite reach ONESTRIKE, imo. I'm not going to tell you that you're wrong... but, for now, I'm declining to engage as CU. I have interpreted User:Interstate Best as repeating a statement denied by enwiki CUs, and that's why I declared ONESTRIKE. If they are going to concentrate on their current main account that is OK for me. I will revisit this case if needed and thank you for the information because I haven't checked the latest account. FWIW, I think the initial "abusive" action was impersonating a sysop with the account Helpmeokay. Then lying about it once confronted. Remember, we have more than a few outstanding members of this community that previously socked on English Wikipedia with much more egregious behavior. Give 'em en:WP:ROPE.
