- What Wikipedia is not @GiovanniPen Wikis have their own guidelines, but the purpose of Wikipedia is the same everywhere. Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia for articles, this is the same for all. Pages that only contain a picture, dictionary entries, pure data, quotations etc. are out of scope and belong in Commons, Wikidata, Wiktionary etc. These pages contain no encyclopaedic content.
