The team at Denimio went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fitting jeans. I bought some Japan Blue jeans and a Denime sweater, then immediately began to fret I bought the incorrect size so sent about 4 follow-up emails.
They put my order on hold, asked me for the measurements of my favourite jeans, and got back to me with the exact measurements taken from two pairs in the same size. The fact they took the extra time to do this demonstrates how dedicated they are to providing the best service.
This is all in addition to the incredible prices and free shipping. I'll definitely be purchasing from these guys again.

1: The customer service is absolutely top top notch. Excellent. They went above a beyond the call of duty to help me through an ordering issue that was actually my fault.

If you are looking to buy Japanese denim, Denimio has the best prices. Their shipping is fast and free (if you spend a certain amount, one pair of jeans will almost always be enough for free shipping), and their customer service is great.
I always buy from Denimio unless something is sold out or unavailable.

I have bought clothing from them for a while now. Their pricing is always excellent. They always get the item ordered shipped quickly. And I find their customer service to be excellent. You must realize there is a time difference with Japan, so be aware when you send an email about a query. I will continue to use them as they are excellent.

My first order with them and I had a very good experience. Customer service was very helpful with some doubts I had about sizing. Shipping was incredibly fast (ordered on a Friday shipped on Sat & here in Europe on Thursday!). All prices are lower than here (sometimes 1/2 the price). Import tax and customs are not a problem (see at checkout). I am giving 4/5 because most sizes are not in stock, and their sizing chart resulted quite inaccurate.

Excellent service! I ordered a size 40 denim jacket and decided I needed a size 42 instead. I contacted customer service and they were able to exchange sizes just before shipping ! I’m so glad I requested the size 42 and so grateful they were able to exchange before shipping! Bravo! And thank you once again Denimio! They also have great prices

Denimio may be a good quality site. Nevertheless, I bought Samurai 21 Oz jeans there and I am extremely disappointed. Although having taken great care (hand wash, no spinning, no cycling...), several holes and a tear appeared at and around the crotch. I had these jeans 18 months in my possession and they are unwearable. Obviously, neither Denimio nor Samuraï agreed to take seriously the problem into account. So, 250 € of damn in the air. I am very disappointed.

My first choice of clothing online store and happy to see more female picks. Quick CS response and follow up. Although I would prefer the old version of website even that was not perfect. The browsing experience has no improvement after got its upgraded and it would be better if I can choose language and currency by myself.

I have purchased several pairs of Japanese jeans from Denimio and their service is always the best. You can also get immediate answers from their online chat and the folks are really friendly and knowledgable.
Denimio has the best collections on the Japanese selvage jeans including Studio Dartisan, Oni, Orslow, Momotaro, TCB, Tanuki, Full Count and many more. It also sells legendary military style brands like Buzz Rickson. One of the best online stores that I have shopped.
