It was a satisfying buying service.
At the beginning, there was a technical problem, which delayed the service a little bit, about 10 days. Then Rapid Formations offered me a " same-day service guarantee free of charge", and then I got all necessary information that I need just in several hours. It was efficiency, and it was a satisfying experience.

Purchased the full package Not impressed
Purchased the full package for just over £200.
Company created with multiple address mistakes, with addresses being assigned to the wrong directors. His name was also shortened, but this was my fault. A background check was carried out on the directors and all addresses and full names confirmed. With that in mind, I am not sure how these mistakes were made.
After days of emailing back a forth with no solution they have tried to charge me £80 to remove these mistakes off the public record (They did correct it free of charge).
When you pay a company for a formation, everything should be double-checked and correct. I could have done it better myself.

Following my investigation, I can state the following: In the application process, you are required to provide both the residential address of the officers (used for background checks) and the Service Address, which appears on public records. We emphasise that by purchasing our Service Address for each officer, you can maintain confidentiality on the public record. At this stage of the application, you have the option to either use your own address or purchase the use of our Service Address.
During the application you opted to use your own address for each officer, and the company was incorporated according to your instructions. To remove this address chosen from the public record, Companies House charge filing fees which were brought to your attention once you raised this issue with us.
With regard to the officers name you shortened during the application, if they pass our digital ID check we would not require ID documents to be supplied therefore this would be incorporated using the details provided.
Currently, we remain in communication with you, diligently working towards finding a satisfactory solution. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to addressing any additional concerns or questions you may have. If you need further assistance or have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this situation may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding.
