My son was looking for a pair of football boots, he didn't like what was on display, the sales assistant asked what type of boot he would like and showed him what was available on screen, he choose a pair and they arrived the next day.

Three weeks after estimated date items have still not arrived for in-store collection. Tracking says they've been delivered, shop staff completely unhelpful when I call. Poor service - wouldn't touch it again.

I wanted to buy a pair of runners . I had a few doubts but with the images and the sizing were easily accessible, it made it easy to make my decision. It then let me know precisely when I would need to order to get it next day. The runners arrived next day. Great experience 👏👏

Best thing - ordered by 8pm, delivery was next morning by the always-reliable DPD couriers too. Even the shops are comfortable to shop in - no blaring music like some competitors. Returns policy is painless and customer-friendly. Well done.
