They where they ongly company that had…

They where they ongly company that had an electric bedbugs lice, dustmýtes and more. And works on bedbugs for how long and the aria I have no idea. I aim the speaker under the bed. I have Moskito net and on first day they couldn’t no longer go through that as usual but they were climbing up. On 3 day I found a sum of dead. Have killed 2/3 on there way out. Any information about this device? Dias not follow. I’m a medium and I don’t hear it. Grateful for that and that it works. 17 € post fee is cruel for 8x5x6 box 100 gr and sends 35.95 to 54 € almost. I don’t get this here is a bedbugkiller. You don’t know what kind of a pest this is and impossible to get rid of. I am sleeping in my underwear first time for a year, in stead of. And can visit people without undressing in the hall. And be dustbusted in for a coffee. I wish you all Godspeed and blessings.

Amazing customer service

I ordered a jacket from Fruugo several weeks ago. Unfortunately, the size was wrong. I shipped it back but after a while there was a misunderstanding between me and the company. Mistakes happen. But everything was resolved quickly. And the main hero of the day is a lovely lady Holly. She is a real professional, very polite, answers to the point, understanding and caring. Truly amazed by her attention to the details. Thank you a lot!

All's well that ends well

I ordered a Bible pillow as a gift for my pastor. Yesterday I placed a unsatisfying comment about Fruugo because I could not find the tracking information after 96 hours. I was worried that again I was tricked due to former experiences with companies from China.
They messaged me back ad convinced me that the package is still underway. Today I found the package in front of my front door. Thank you so much Fruugo and apologies for my misjudgment.
The only thing why i did not give five stars is that the website is not very clear about finding the helpdesk and that the package was delivered on plain sight where everyone could have steal is. But this is not to blame on Fruugo but DHL the courier in the Netherlands.

I ordered nanolash

I ordered nanolash, i.e. eyelash serum. The product arrived after 15 days but it is not the original nanolash, it is a fake nanolash. The first time I ordered on Fruugo.nl, I didn't know it was a Chinese website! Never again!

Very bad customer service, loss of money

Order nomber : 151877217
All what we received was an international tracking nomber for the shipment, with no local currier tracking nomber, it says it’s ready for collection at a collection point, which collection desk?! More than 20 places in my neighborhood, I contacted fruugo in all possible ways with no answer, i searched everywhere till it was too late and it was sent back to sender.. no parcel recieved, and no money back.. think before ordering from them, don’t waste your time n money

I got my order (costed €72) but what i…

I got my order (costed €72) but what i got was not what i expected. The product was not like the description and totally different. I want to retur back but it will cost €32 to China. The comunication with customer service is great. Ellie from customer service helped me to resolve the issue by issueing the refund.

I made the order and I got the item after 2 weeks from the USA . The delivery guy was very polite and he delivered at my door. The procedures went smoothly and I am well informed every step of the process. Thank you for the service . I surely will use your service again when I need it.

It took two weeks to receive my order…

It took two weeks to receive my order which is understandable, but I received a fake perfume. The bottle was smaller, the name on the bottle didn’t match the perfume that I expected to get. The scent is also completely off. Some people might have had a good experience, but I definitely don’t recommend buying from this website. I wasted money and time. I’m pretty annoyed.

Counterfeit products

Fruugo got in contact and refunded the complete amount. Thank you Chloe for your help!

Old 1 star review: Product was completely different than what sellers advertised. Be cautious and don't buy anything from this retailer.

Size of product differed from photo. On the photo i looked like the original product, but the product was different. Also specifications on the website were different than the actual product. Battery capacity was less than half from what the description said (300 instead of 700 mAh).

You can't ask for more that that

I had a good experience shopping on Fruugo. The item I purchased was a good price, communication from the website was good and it was delivered when they said it would be. You can't ask for more that that.

Very bad quality

Very bad quality. I order 1 drops for eyes, they take money, than said that they don't have it. I ordered another one , and again! The same story! So, they just toke money twice for things that they don’t have. Hope, they will return it.

I paid 54 euros for a product that…


I paid 54 euros for a product that turned out to be completely fake. Additionally, more than half of the product was missing box is empty. I am deeply disappointed and expect the seller to address this issue. I advise other buyers to be cautious. Don't buy anything from here

After 2 months teafs

After 2 months, no product, no money, no support.
Like a lot of online stores in nederland, they stole and nobody do nothing
