Recently visited the Carraig Donn shop in Knocknacarra Galway and they have one of the best wheelchair accessible changing rooms I have ever been in. They have multiple support bars on the wall but they also have lowered peg/hanger hooks that are easy to reach, a lower full length mirror and a very comfortable chair for a carer to be able to sit. Plenty of space to actually fully turn a wheelchair around too - a rare thing! Well done Carraig Donn! Hope some other shops follow your example!

I was in Carraig Donn store the Crescent Shopping Centre Limerick today looking for a denim jacket and met a very helpful and friendly lady called Holly. She put herself out 100% to assist me with size, colour. Despite my size not been there she guided me to the online shop and I have now purchased my jacket there.

Rang merchants quay cork city this afternoon may 15th & with Natasha a staff member 🤗so helpful and pleasant! Was looking for a white pair shorts that i saw on line! as I’m going out of the country on holidays on Sunday! so don’t have time to order on line! So an order had arrived to the shop and She checked for me and rang me back didn’t have them in that order and also offered an alternative didn’t suit unfortunately! Must say I’m always happy with the staff and service of Carrig donn both on line or in their shops. 🙌

I want to compliment your staff in Jervis Street centre. A senior lady (not old) and a tall girl with dark hair were so attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As I was stressed looking for dress for wedding they made me laugh while being so professional and helpful. What a difference pleasant staff make to shopping. Couldn't say enough good things about these lovely assistants.

Carriage Donn in Blanchardstown shopping centre.
Lift is out of order fir past Six months so anyone with a disability or people with young children in a pram cannot shop on 2nd floor.
I have asked on numerous occasions.
But answer Sorry Out of Order.
No escalator .

The staff were very helpful as I needed an out fit for my grandsons communion.
It was a young lady called Hollie that helped me. I asked her name as I very happy with her. Got my out fit sorted.👍😀

I had looked up trousers on line and went into Carraig Donn Arklow today. There was a one day 25% off everything if you are a club member. The two ladies working in the shop had exceptional customer service and went above and beyond for all the customers I saw them helping and serving. They sign me up so I got the fabulous reduction. And I asked about cream trousers I had seen online. Apparently they had just arrived and hadn’t been put out yet, so one of the ladies went into the stores to get me a pair. Fantastic 👏🏻 I purchased two pairs and went off very happy. I then decided to go back in a found a lovely stripy blouse, they didn’t have my size but after talking to the two ladies I tried the blouse on and was thrilled that it fit. These two staff members are an absolute credit to your company and I will be back for the exceptional service and products soon.

My gift purchase arrived in good time carefully wrapped and beautifully boxed. Unfortunately my actually in shop experience purchase was disappointing.A breakable item, i bought fir a Christmas gift wrapped only in tissue and put in a bag(no box or bubble wrap) a piece snapped of before I even got home to wrap it.

Everything was great. Website etc all perfect. Only issue was packaging....whilst Everything arrived in perfect condition the packaging was excessive. Huge box. Ridiculous amount of stuffing.

I live in Northern Ireland and only received one notification on my parcel to say it had left pietlaoise mail centre until it was delivered. But it did arrive the 5 working day what it said when I placed the order.

I bought both in store and online recently. The delivery service was swift and items that were too big was easily returned - a swift and easy process. I will definitely be returning and recommending Carrick Donn.

Goods arrived promptly after ordering them. They were securely packaged in reasonable sustainable packaging.
Candles were on sale and I think i got good value for money.
