Teema, terrible customer service
The company issued a tracking number and still over a week later did not ship my order. I contacted them to see if it was lost. They ignored my inquiry. I called my credit card company to dispute; then received an email that they did not receive my first email and they already shipped. I included my first email and I wanted my order cancelled because it had been weeks and the birthday I purchased the items for had passed so I no longer need the Teema towels. FYI I bought the sand cloud towels and they came in 4 days as promised; perfectly. Teema towels customer service is awful. They said since it already “shipped” like 4 weeks ago I would need to pay to return them. Awful customer service.
