weird problem with TS Doctor

hello...
today i got a problem with TS Doctor
while i used it for a month now everything was great..
i extracted dvb subtitles from a video file

but today , something happend ...
when i put a video file on TS Doctor usually it automatically was scanned the video for commercials... next it did video detail scan and let me see the dvb subtitles and let me save a new file and extract the dvb subtitle from the ts file...

today, i don't know why... when i put the video file on the program it goes all the steps but stop at video detail scan a and audio detail scan , and then i can't see the identified streams and extract the dvb subtitle.... any one know why ?

i add photos before today - without a problem , and from today with the problem
i hope that anyone could help me solve this problem... or maybe suggest me another way to extract the dvb subtitle from ts videos...

Maybe you installed the 30-day trialware?

no.. nothing changed, it's not trial version...
