What other programs are there that can export 333x240 in lossless with SAR/DAR (Display Aspect Ratio) thats what im tryna figure out

  2. For vdub2, you can use x264 . For 8bit420 lossless as in your screenshot - the compression ratio is actually better than x265

Or you can use other programs like ffmpeg, which usually have avisynth support compiled for distributed binaries

If you mean encoded as 333x240 pixels - not "stretched" to display as that - odd pixels like 333 width will not be supported by 4:2:0 subsampling

ye i use rgb or yuv444, h264 in virtualdub lets u export only by diversible by 2, i have tried other programs but they output the same, I can export in virtualdub at hevc losless with rgb and get that resolution but the reason as to why i want to export in 333x240 is cuz I have downscaled a clean vhs rip down to the vhs resolution so i can work with it at native, i have done clean denoising and motion tracking to remove any wrong details so dont worry about that, but the issue remains the same I have found applications which lets me export with DAR at hevc lossless but not with the 333 width, other way around at virtualdub

It works with x264cli, or ffmpeg libx264

That would be a bug; or maybe the program has the wrong profile set - high444 is required ; or maybe the output csp is set incorrectly . But I couldn't get it to work in vdub2 either.

I am not sure I fully understand what you write, but the VHS resolution is not 332x240, nor is its "native" characteristic.

Why are you using odd number as video frame width? This is not industry standard.
It should always be even. For. Every. Video. Period.
