Confusing

The article says:

The organization conducts underground activities in the territory of the Russian Federation.

But the article also describes the unit as:

RPA is an organization of Russian refugees and emigrants

This means that the members of RPA are not in Russia, right? The article is also listed in the Category:Paramilitary organizations based in Ukraine. How can they conduct underground activities on the territory of Russia if they are in Ukraine? Nakonana (talk) 16:28, 19 August 2024 (UTC)[]
