Help For Free World is a non-profit organization based in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon (France). Its founder is Evan Chakir-Vergier, is an 18 year old political science student (Montpellier, France).[1] This association was created on October 13, 2023.[2]

Goals

[edit]

The Help For Free World association aims to fight and raise awareness against school bullying and cyberbullying.

Evan Chakir-Vergier was the victim of school bullying for almost 3 years.[3] After this painful ordeal, the young boy is a children's rights activist who wants to raise awareness among young people about violence at school. For him, it's "an act of resilience".[3]

The organization offers to hold debates and conferences on the theme of school violence to reach young people.[4]

The association is part of the UN school climate committee, led by the NGO with consultative statuses to the United Nations Economic and Social Council Campus Watch[3] and Lenny Pamart.[5] The school climate committee, made up of numerous associations against bullying at the international level, aims to draft an optional protocol relating to the international convention on the rights of the child.
