I'll use it again

I'll make it short and to the point:
- arrival on time, both on start and end points.
- driver friendly and helpful, speaks a bit of English and offers helpful advice.
- not crowded and over-booked.
- bus clean and amenities functional.
- and most important: TWO !!! times cheaper than the replacement bus offered by DB when they've replaced the train due to line repair.
I'll use it also on the return trip.

The Bus was er relativly modern

The Bus was er relativly modern. No Complains from that Site. Also It was very Quiet.
We also Had Like Lots of rooms for bags.
Really nice and relaxing Drive.

Mostly on schedule

Mostly on schedule.
Acceptable accomodation.
Different Bustypes, not all the same quality.
Personal is mostly not really fluent in the lenguages where they travel, and they should be able to do announcements about stops on the road and times of arrival etc. with sufficient anticipation, a clear articulation and ( hopefully) in a friendly tone.

It's about timing about bus

It's about timing about bus. I waited for 1hour bus came late. Flixbus management doesn't even texted saying bus will come late. Bad experience about timing.
Once I was late for 1min, bus driver talked very rudely. I know they work lot they do have problems. But we are also human please think before you talk you anyone. Once I saw one person who was there near bus station but his friend went to bring water bottle to a shop. Bus driver knew they both are going to travel on same bus but he intentionally left them. That's rude behaviour of driver. But otherwise everything is great 👍

Seating

On my second Bus, someone was in my seat and didnt move when i asked. The man felt entitled to the seat because the seat number on his ticked didnt exist, after they changed the busstyle.

My 3197528952 reservation number 29…

My 3197528952 reservation number 29 September 12.35 Gent to Paris ticket that I bought for my cousin Name (Muhammed Rasit Sarikas) is canceled but I didn't get any refund even i ask customer service they didn't confirm that canceled but on flixbus website and app I can't see anything that's why I had to bought another ticket. I'll put my proves that I'm right and I want immediately refund (not voucher) to original payment!

It was the first time travelling with…

It was the first time travelling with Flixbus and it was surprisingly very good. Normally I take the train but because of bad Weather condishen I took the Flixbus. It was comfortable enough and on time. I think I will try it again next time when I travel to Bratislava.

Pathetic and untrustworthy service

Pathetic service. They have stolen the amount of my voucher. They issued voucher to my friend which I have used. They canceled the voucher and stolen the amount. Plus before and after all my friends cards were rejected by this pathtic app and when i call their customer service. Their csrs behave in rude way and close the calls when they were unable to resolve the issue. The booking number is 3197276684 for which they have canceled my ticket and have stolen the amount of voucher. Your flixbus shop had issued the voucher to my friend for cancelation of bus. You guys are thieves. You have stole my money and you have replied me whats in your favour. Never proposed me any alternative solution

The bikes were not secured properly

The bikes were not secured properly, but they luckily did not get damaged.
The bus was a bit dirty.

Apart from that, it was a good experience, driver was friendly and we arrived a bit early even.

Delay and a dirty bathroom

In general, I love flixbus and I try to use it as much as possible. 👍🏾 This time around though I did have to deal with a one hour delay (Berlin to Hamburg) and very dirty bathroom. Very unfortunate.

Good experience.

Good experience.

Took my first FlixBus. I did not appreciate their automated e-mail offering me another connection I looked at, but the bus ride itself was quite alright. The technology behind FlixBus also seems pretty good, no hiccups there. Pretty good price.

Small improvements are possible. There was no toilet paper on the bus. Wifi did not work very well. No coffee or water on the bus.

Fantastic bus company

Fantastic bus company. The email confirmation of each booking is excellent. We had to modify a few dates and we did it without any issue. Very easy to use the website and very reliable. We booked several bus connections from different countries and all the bus was on time and our seat was confirmed. Amazing service

Flixbus ist ein Segen - Flixbus is a blessing

Bis zum 20.9. gibt es eine Baustelle auf den Gleisen zwischen Siegen und Hagen. Fahrten mit dem Deutschlandticket von Hagen nach Frankfurt sind noch umständlicher und langwieriger als gewöhnlich. Ich entschloss mich also, 17 Euro in mich selbst zu investieren und mir einen Flixbus zu gönnen. Von Hagen gibt es keinen, aber ein halbes Stündchen nach Do müsste es die Bahn doch wohl schaffen.

Nein, schafft sie nicht. Ich hatte einen Zug herausgesucht, der EINE STUNDE vor der Abfahrtszeit des Flixbusses in Do Hbf ankommen sollte. 30 Minuten nach der geplanten Abfahrt des Zuges in Hagen Hbf stand immer noch ein Zug nach Hamburg am Abfahrtsbahnsteig und zwei weitere Züge vor dem von mir gewünschten waren für dasselbe Gleis angekündigt. Also 65 Euro TAXI nach Dortmund.

Dort höflicher Empfang am FLIX-Schalter, Unterstützung bei der Versorgung meines Rollers, den ich zu Hause hätte einpacken müssen, freundliche Hilfe beim Einladen meines Gepäcks und eine phantastische Fahrt nach Frankfurt. Fast alle Plätze im Bus besetzt, aber GANZ ANDERE FAHRGÄSTE als in der Bahn. Stimmen in Türkisch, Ukrainisch und in anderen melodischen Sprachen sind vernehmbar, aber rücksichtsvoll gedämpft. Niemand lärmt, niemand belästigt. Jeder, der etwas loswerden möchte, findet unschwer einen Müllbeutel – und benutzt ihn. Die Toilette funktioniert und ist sauber. In Gießen steigen Kinder zu. Auch sie benehmen sich dezent und belasten niemanden.

Ich kann alles machen, was ich möchte: Handarbeiten, Podcasts hören, lesen – einfach himmlisch. Die Zeit vergeht wie im Flug. Zehn Minuten vor der geplanten Ankunftszeit kommen wir in Frankfurt an. GANZ GROßES KOMPLIMENT für den souveränen Fahrer!

(Nachtrag: Für die Rückreise nach Hagen entscheide ich mich aus Geiz doch wieder für die DB. Stecke hilflos in drei entsetzlich überfüllten Zügen ohne funktionierende Toilette, verpasse Anschlusszüge und bin so eingezwängt und zugelärmt, dass ich nicht einmal mein Handy aus der Tasche nehme. Hätte gar keinen Zweck. Bei dem Lärm könnte ich nichts und mich niemand hören. Was habe ich gelernt? Geiz ist doof. Flixbus ist jeden Euro wert, und mehr als das!)

Until 20 September there will be roadworks on the railway tracks between Siegen and Hagen. Travelling with the Deutschlandticket from Hagen to Frankfurt is even more inconvenient and time-consuming than usual. So I decided to invest 17 euros in myself and treat myself to a Flixbus. There isn't one from Hagen, but the train should make it half an hour to Do.

Turned out it didn't. I had picked a train that was due to arrive at Do Hbf ONE HOUR before the departure time of the Flixbus. 30 minutes after the scheduled departure of the train in Hagen Hbf, there was still a train to Hamburg at the departure platform and two more trains before the one I wanted were announced for the same platform. So 65 Euro TAXI to Dortmund .

A polite welcome at the FLIX counter, assistance with my scooter, which I would have had to pack at home, friendly help with loading my luggage and a fantastic journey to Frankfurt. Almost all the seats on the bus were taken, but the passengers were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from those on the train. Voices in Turkish, Ukrainian and other melodic languages are audible, but considerately muffled. Nobody makes any noise, nobody harasses anyone. Anyone who wants to get rid of something can easily find a bin liner - and everybody uses it. The toilet works and is clean. Children get on in Giessen. They also behave discreetly and don't bother anyone.

I can do anything I want: handicrafts, podcasts – simply heavenly. Time flies by. We arrive in Frankfurt ten minutes before the scheduled arrival time. A BIG COMPLIMENT for the competent driver!

(Addendum: For the return journey to Hagen, I decide to take the DB again. My inner Scrooge, I suppose... I'm helplessly stuck in three horribly overcrowded trains without a working toilet, miss connecting trains and am so cramped and noisy that I don't even take my mobile phone out of my pocket. There would be no point. With the noise, I couldn't hear anything and nobody could hear me. What have I learnt? Stinginess is stupid. Flixbus is worth every euro, and more than that!)
