Rapide mais détériore, vente forcé de filtre à air
Vitre changer rapidement, mais rétroviseurs détériorer.
Vente forcer , vente additionnel demande de changement du filtre à air de l'habitacle avec un baratin pour son importance. 70€ le changement de filtre + purification d'air.
Filtre à air retiré sans ma permission pendant mon absence.

Online RDV’s mean nothing!
You make a RDV online with this company for a repair chez nous, when actually it isn’t a rdv as they actually change the rdv to suit when they can do it, not when you have arranged it???
Why allow clients to make a RDV online when you will completely change the booking?
Peoples lives are busy and rdv’s are made for a reason! Remove your appointment based system from your website if you cannot honour bookings!
