Antoine Jennings has lived in Blue Springs, Missouri. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 1995, a graduate degree from Western Michigan University in 2002, and a graduate degree from Capella University in 2016. Jennings has worked in the nonprofit sector.[1][2]

The election in Blue Springs featured two of the seven seats on the board up for general election on April 7, 2015. Incumbents Kent Bradford and Jennifer Casey ran for re-election against challenger Antoine Jennings for the two at-large seats. Bradford and Casey defeated Jennings to win re-election.
